I was highly disappointed with my stay at d'primahotel Seminyak. Despite paying extra for a supposedly superior room, the air conditioner malfunctioned daily, leaving a puddle on the floor which I had to clean up with one of the only two towels provided. Even after reporting the issue, it wasn't resolved until the second-to-last day of my stay. Additionally, the shower head, reported on the first day, remained broken throughout my visit. The extra fee for a poolside room was unjustified, especially since my travel companion, who stayed in the adjacent room, did not pay extra.
The breakfast was another major letdown, as it never included traditional breakfast items and seemed to consist of leftover dinner food. Overall, I felt I wasted my money and had a one-star hotel experience. Consequently, I will not be using Expedia again, nor will I stay at any D'primohotel in the future.
