2 days stay in Seminyak !

5 day trip to Bali. I stayed at this hotel for 2 days to experience Seminyak. Room Type - 1 King Bed, Non Smoking, Pool View (Balcony) Positives: 1. Hotel - 10/10 - Excellent place. The place is modern, chic and clean! 2. Location - 10/10 - For us it was central. All the main areas are near to it including the Seminyak Village! Lots of eating places nearby. We went to Atlas and Finn club at night! You easily find Grab! No issues at all. 3. Room - 10/10 - Clean, spacious and comfortable. Room clean service was also very good! 4. Bathroom - 10/10 - Clean and spacious. It was an open bathroom (no roof in the shower area). This is what we wanted. 5. Staff - 20/10 - Very friendly, smiling. Always there to help you. Either you are at the gate or reception or pool area! The breakfast is the highlight ! Literally every staff member will come to you, ask you about your stay, how they can be at service, what to bring you, if your coffee was okay .. It was amazing !! 6. SPA - 10/10 - Had an excellent and clean service. 7. Service - 10/10 - Excellent. They support you throughout. Go to the reception or contact any of their staff member! Excellent vibe of the hotel !! ------ Questions: 1. Is it value for money? Absolutely Yes! 2. Will I come back? Absolutely Yes!

The hotel is generally ok. Very nice and friendly staff and good location in Seminyak. Breakfast buffet is also in varieties. However, the soundproof in the room is very bad, especially in the day time, we can hear clearly people talking outside and customers bang the door very loud. At the same time, the lower level of my room is the gym club, when people drop the weights on the floor, my room feel like quaking.

The hotel/resort lobby is modern and clean. Pool is spacious. Gym sufficient to get a quick workout in. Concierge team is helpful in booking tours and renting motorbikes and suggesting nearby restaurants; glad to hear their recommendations. Breakfast was great with so much variety to choose from and tasty- that deserves praise. Room flooring may not be the most modern, but all the equipment works well and maintained. Very comfortable bedding and good air conditioning. Ema from front desk was helpful and patient with our inquiries- shoutout to her.
