We stayed here for a week with a 3 month old and almost two year old during a heatwave. The property had everything we needed including great air conditioning which kept us comfortable. The pool was brilliant and the views were incredible and it is very close to the gorgeous sea front. There is a shop and restaurants nearby which came in handy too. It was a really relaxing easy holiday and Josip and his family were very helpful. I would recommend.

Photo’s don’t do this place justice

We spent two weeks in the stone house - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Stunning views and grounds, lovely pool area and good location. Beach, selection of restaurants and water taxis to old town of Trogir within a fifteen minute walk. Steepish hill back from beach and restaurants which could be a problem for those with mobility problems but otherwise fine. Seget Donji itself as a resort is very relaxed, quiet nightlife, a couple of camp sites and majority European guests (only heard one or two British voices in two weeks) - pretty low key. Old town Trogir is a nice contrast though - lots of flash yachts in harbour, bustling cobbled streets, nice restaurants and cocktail bars (not as pricey as you’d expect either). Villa Julio’s owner Josip is a great guy. Extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend Villa Julio and would like to return one day. Tip: Top quality food and service in Frankie’s and Restaurant Buta (ask for rooftop tables) which are both walking distance from Villa Julio and also Dionis in old town of Trogir.

Amazing views in a nice property setting

A nice apartment with great view from the balcony. Located in a large garden area with a nice shared pool, a well kept tennis court and loads of olive trees. Only a short drive from Split airport. Really enjoyed taking the boat taxi to Trogir

A very pleasant stay

We stayed in the lovely stone house, with an excellent view and enough place for four adukts. The owners, Joseph and his father Julio were very kind during our stay, helped us with the bbq in the garden. A lovely swimming pool, garden with turtles., tennis court . A great place to be!

Lovely holiday

We stayed for 10 days with our two toddlers. We had a brilliant time. The apartment was very clean and was safe for the children. The large terrace balcony was a godsend with breathtaking view and safe space for the children to run around on. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Walking distance to the seafront and restaurants etc but quite a steep walk back up so we would consider hiring a car if we ever return again with the children. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

3 Night Stay in the Stone Cottage in June

What a find. Everything was excellent and we shall be returning again next year. The Stone House was lovely and just a few steps from the pool. The pool with its fantastic views was so lovely to relax by and dip into when you got too hot. Once you got down to the beach it was lovely with lots of space and places to eat and drink. Josip was a very charming host meeting us at the gate and organising our taxi to and from the airport. Staying in the Stone House was so peaceful with lovely views across the bay to Trogir. We can really recommend this place to stay if you want somewhere not too far from Split Airport and clean, peaceful and welcoming. Thank you Josip for a wonderful few days. See you next year. Nice stonehouse with pool

We stayed in the stonehouse 5 days. House is nice, clean and the view from the balcony over the bay is very nice. Pool is clean with plenty og chairs. There is a tenniscourt which we used every day

Casa bien equipada, con una piscina con vistas estupendas, pista de tenis y muy buen acceso a la playa. Los anfitriones muy atentos, nos dejaron usar las instalaciones hasta por la tarde que tomábamos el avión. Las fotos no hacen justicia.

Lovely stay!

Lovely stay at the appartment in Seget Donji: + Very friendly welcome by Josip + Perfect parking lot semi indoor (to keep your car cool in the heath) + Perfectly clean appartement + Nice pool with great view and more than plenty sun beds and umbrellas + Nice location: the beach is nearby and so are many restaurants and bars + Airco: definitely needed in summer + well equipped kitchen + nice shower + comfortable beds We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend definitely recommend it to other travellers! Point of attention: perhaps the airco needs some servicing/cleaning as a few family members turned up with a cold during our stay.

Perfekter Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, die gesamte Anlage sehr romantisch und gepflegt mit ansprechendem Pool und schattenspendenden Olivenbäumen. Hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters Josip und seiner Familie. Die schöne Strandpromenade ist fußläufig erreichbar, hier ist für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden (Strand, Restaurants, Eis…). Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Wonderful place!!

We stayed there for 3 weeks in the stone cottage with our 2 kids (3 and 7 yrs old) and loved every minute. There is so much you can do, the beach is a short walk away and the view is really breathtaking. The owners are extremely nice and always helpful - thank you for everything, we can recommend it 100%.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben herrliche 2 Wochen dort verbracht. In dem Häuschen ist man für sich, mit einem tollen Blick über die Bucht mit ihren Segelschiffen und Yachten, bis Trogir. Zu Fuss ist man in 5 Minuten an der Strandpromenade mit Restaurants, Bars und Eisdielen. In der Anlage ein Pool, der nie voll ist und man kann unter Olivenbäumen im Schatten dösen. Auch ein gemauerter Grill mit Sommerküche, den alle benutzen können. Wir waren mit dem Flugzeug gereist, ohne Auto, und sind trotzdem überall hingekommen. Von der Strandpromenade fährt ein Boottaxi nach Trogir, für 3 Personen hin und zurück ca EUR 10. Josip ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der uns einen trans5vim Flughafen organisiert hat und bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung stand

Very nice villa and location

The apartment was tidy and well equipped. Nice view from the terracce to Trogir. Pool clean and very nice; this also goes for the tennis court. Easy always to find a place at the pool. Josip was a good and very helpfuld host :-). Only thing to improve is WIFI.
