Schöne Lage, etwas laut wegen der Nähe zur Rosenheimer Straße. Einige Mängel wie lose (nicht fixierte) Insektengitter an den Fenstern, die immer Villa komplette herausfielen und nicht intakte Rollos im Elternschlafzimmer sollten behoben werden. Sehr schön war der Garten mit Terasse und auch die helle Wohnküche, wobei die Sitzmöbel ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen sind.

Ideal

Eine Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Lage , eine Wohnung in der man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Vermieter haben sich alles im Vorfeld gekümmert und waren immer erreichbar. Diese Unterkunft kann man nur empfehlen.
