Very unique property, classy, very clean and nicely decorated. Easy check in and check out. Staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome. As a bonus the Clinkscale is also a first class restaurant that we ate at twice it was so good.

Wonderful stay in Jerome

I flew in from Pa. to visit family . We did a road trip to Jerome . Our stay at the Clinkscale was a wonderful time . The room was clean and everything we needed was provided for us . The restaurant downstairs was convenient and the food and service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel .

Historic, charming (which means no elevator) like stepping back in time. Checking in was a bit odd as you enter through the restaurant. Loved the Private door entrance once we checked in. Room was spacious and clean. GM was terrific, very helpful and personable. Only negative, since it’s been converted, you could hear the neighbors closing their doors, not a big deal. Parking was limited but opened up later in the evening. We will definitely return! Loved the Clinkscale restaurant downstairs from our room!

Great stay overall. Parking right in front of the door, shopping (antiques) on the same street, nice view of the valley from our room. Fantastic food for both dinner and breakfast, convenient coffee, tea, water and ice down the hall, great friendly staff. I would give 5 stars except: the room was quite cold temperature wise, high ceilings so the heat rose to the top and floor was freezing (January). Window leaked cold air and should be better insulated.

Worth every penny!!

All I gotta say is, WOW!!! This place is fantastic!!! The penthouse room is so peaceful and comfy. Private and safe. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness was superb. And the view is amazing.
