overall very nice! the house was immaculate and the location was as said in the vrbo description pages. only thing was better communication would have been nice. i texted the host 3-4 times and emailed and didn't hear anything back until I had to call for instructions. I only got the instructions the day before the rental and the email said I would have the info 3 days before.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Sheets in second bedroom were dirty. Key in lockbox didn’t work. I was directed to another key after calling the host, which did work. There is no beach in walking distance. It is a fire lane to the water only. There is a public beach 10 minutes away that is lovely. Firepit is a fire hazard. It needs to be dug out and vegetation trimmed back or the pit moved. Dirty dishes and utensils in the cabinet and drawer.
