This hotel is disgusting! There are roaches it is dirty and looks nothing like the pictures. Rooms smell like mold and chemicals. Dirty carpets.

Check in was okay. Gentleman at the desk was nice. Room was adequate. However, there was no toilet paper, bath towels or soap. Called customer service, they sent over towels and tp. No towel bars or hooks, no tp holder. And no shower curtain. Tv froze halfway through a show we were watching. We did not stay for the second night, after a very busy day we choose to drive the 2 hours home instead.

It was dirty. There was sand and a quater found in one of the beds. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The shower was flithy and it had bathmat covering a very dirty bathmat. The pool also looked not the cleanist.

I feel this is your basic beach hotel. Comfortable and Convenient..To check in you must go about 3 blocks up to the Boardwalk where the office is . The staff is amazing though and super accommodating . Seems as though they are working on fixing the rooms.

The property was listed in Expedia as a Hotel. It turend out to be less than one star Motel. The room was extrelmly dirty and the office was located 2 block away. No amenties as descriped online. Very poor condition. No one to talk to in the builidng no housekeeping/ riom service as listed

We will be back

We have stayed at different hotels in seaside over the years and this one we will continue to stay at! We were very pleased. We stayed in a deluxe room which had 2 queen beds and a couch with a pull out bed! Plenty of space for the family. We will be back Next Year! The pool was good a little on the small side. We did not see a hot tub or second pool which is advertised when booking. We do not have any bad things to say about this hotel.

Absolutely filthy hotel. Our skin did not drain, our shower was disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been clean since last year. Staff was beyond rude and absolutely not accommodating. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk… also the “front desk” was at the board walk, so to check in or do anything you had to drive or walk there. Called for extra towels, staff wouldn’t bring them to our room and they were located at the boardwalk… They allowed no guests to come to the room and had a security officer there all day everyday to ensure only hotel guests entered. Officer was also extremely rude with any encounter. Lastly the would not allow us to start parked there for a few hours after checkout. Threatened to tow our car if we never left it to go get breakfast before heading home. Overall terrible experience and would absolutely not book here or stay again.
