Beautiful view from floor-to-ceiling glass windows. For the price, amenity upgrades are needed. No shampoo, rinse, lotion (renter beware - bring your own) as we expect at lodging at this price point. Throw blankets in the living room for chilly mornings with coffee would be more welcoming. Sound system totally needs upgrade (CDs and old iPod dock). Nice new appliances in kitchen but the old pots and pans need to be replaced for a more appealing cooking experience. Nice Keurig coffee machine but too bad we weren't warned to bring k-cups (they are outrageously expensive at local market). A few inexpensive but thoughtful additions to this home would make it as charming as the deer, fox and wildlife that walked past the windows.

The house was perfectly located and provisioned wonderfully for those who want to cook throughout their stay. The home is as pictured. It would be nice if there were some outside seating (there is none). The hot tub was set at 109 so was not usable, which we discovered on Saturday evening, so there was no option to get this fixed between Sunday (office closed) and Monday checkout - we couldn't really call it an emergency.

The house has perfect views and location. Amng the best in sea ranch. It is well stocked and has everything you can ever need. The folks at Beach Rentals were beyond helpful as they were dealing with lots of power-related issues in town from a big storm. The only thing to keep in mind is there are quite a few stairs to negotiate to every bedroom. That was fine for us but may not be for you.

As always a great experience! Been coming to Sea Ranch since the early 70's! It's one of our favorite places.And have used Beach Rentals since the early 80's. They are the tops in rentals in the Sea Ranch area!!!

I recently spent a weekend at the lovely Monette home. It exceeded our expectations in every way. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal or grill outdoors on the deck. Every room had a breathtaking view. We took long walks then relaxed in the beautiful family by the fire. We will definitely come back!

I called well ahead of my visit to check if the master bedroom was on the ground floor. I was assured it was. The master bedroom is not on the ground floor. The property is lovely and has a wonderful views. The house has an usual number of interior stairs and steps. Most rooms require two sets of stairs or steps to access the room. This is important information for anyone with mobility issues; this would be helpful in the Monette description.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at The Sea Ranch. The views went on forever. We had no need to leave the property, but we did some hiking/walking on bluff trails just steps from our property. We consider ourselves very fortunate to spend time with friends in a beautiful home in a peaceful, desirable location.
