The online pictures dp not do this property justice. The views are expansive throughout the house. The comfortable seating spaces are inviting. The kitchen is awesome...lacks for 's a must cook, not a do I have to cook! Loved our stay.

This was a return visit. We love this house, especially the private location, stunning ocean views and pleasant hot tub patio. The kitchen is very well stocked and easily accommodates a family dinner. Suggest adding a deck umbrella or two, upgrading the bed linens and sleeping pillows, and replacing the sofa bed. Otherwise, perfection!

The house was quite wonderful and the view and location are great. Both bedrooms have a great view through their sliding doors. The deck and the sitting room also have wonderful views. There is a small path one can walk below the property to get to the main path and down to the seaside trail. The house is a little drafty I think, as it cools off quite quickly during the night (if we don't run the heat) and warms up quickly in the sun. The heating system works great though...warming us up quickly in the morning.

We love this house! We’ve stayed at a few over the years and this is our favorite. We now have a toddler and it’s a great house if you do have kids. The deck and fenced in yard is perfect for playing, watching quail, deer, hawks, etc. kitchen has everything you need! And the location is great - ocean views but protected from the wind so you can enjoy being outside even in a windy day!

We spent a week at this well-equipped home with all amenities. The view from the porch is the star of the property, where we spent most of our time. There are walking/hiking trails easily accessible from the property. Grocery stores, Farmers Market and restaurants are all close. We took a day trip to Mendocino to enjoy the galleries and shops. The staff at the Rental Office was available and helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay at this property.

This Meadow Beach house is very comfortable, with stunning views out across a swath of meadow to a rocky beach front. House is mostly well lit by windows with a capable kitchen and many vantages to relax. While not fully isolated, house is at the end of a knoll and well screened from neighbors.

The one thing that was annoying is that I was told to bring sheets for the beds. I had to go out and buy King size sheets because I don't own a King size bed. There were plenty of sheets and towels in the closet. Other than that, it was a lovely home.

The house was lovely. Unfortunately I broke my metatarsals, four of them while falling off the stair to the master bedroom. The stair looks flush with the hallway and is not recognizable. This ordeal was more than painful and I am still recovering, after many doctor appointments. It would be good if the owners would adjust the bill and or give more than only one night free. However, when we attempted to stay again at the same house via reservations a few weeks ago, we were told that we would have to add an extra day to our stay of four days and make it five days. Where is the comp day that the owners/beach rental management said they would give? We did not feel it fair to add an extra day when we only wanted four days. Please address this with all involved as this was and still is a painful experience and we do not mean ill will. It just does not seem fair. Other rentals would be fine. I would suggest that for future guests, that the stair be represented in some way, as it is a hazard. Thank you.
