This oversized luxury unit features two master suites both with walk out decks and cable TV. Well maintained with many upgrades including newer flooring and bathrooms. All of the amenities such as central air, WIFI, a large paved patio with umbrella and table, lounge chairs in addition to 3 beachfront decks and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, icemaker & garbage disposal. There is a large stainless grill, private outdoor shower, garage and washer/dryer. A short walk to 63rd Street brings you to a large playground, tennis courts, skate park, kayak launch and many restaurants and retail outlets, such as Acme, CVS, pizza, arcade, a liquor store & bar. REQUIRES $750 SECURITY DEPOSIT
