2-room apartment for up to 4 people with a south-facing balcony in the heart of Scharbeutz only 100 m from the beach.
The modern and comfortable apartment has a separate bedroom with box spring bed, a spacious living room with fold-out sheep couch for the 3rd and 4th Person as well as a dining area. The open fully equipped kitchen offers a nice bar counter to the living room for breakfast and linger.
Bed linen and towels included as initial equipment.
Children's travel cot, high chair and sand toys are available free of charge on request.

Schönes Ferienapartment in guter Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Apartment, das auf Grund seiner zentralen Lage ideal ist für einen Stadturlaub in Scharbeutz. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat freies Internet. Alles hat unkompliziert geklappt bei der Anreise. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch das Auto lässt sich gut unterbringen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und sie auch selbst gern wieder nutzen.

Wir hatten für ein Wochenende einen tollen Aufenthalt in Scharbeutz. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und modern gestaltet.Einen eigenen Parkplatz. Sie hat eine perfekte Lage direkt 2 min vom Strand. Super nette Vermieter. Gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super. Alles neu eingerichtet, modern, bequem. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Es wurde alles was mit der Wohnung zu tun hat erklärt. Die Infrastruktur des Ortes ist echt gut. Wer das "Schickimicki" nicht braucht, ist in Scharbeutz genau so gut aufgehoben wie in Westerland. Wir waren das erste mal da, aber bestimmt nicht das letzte mal.

Alles bestens. Einziger Punkt, der aber nicht die Wohnung selbst betrifft: im Fahrrad-Abstellraum riecht es etwas muffelig.

Zentrale schöne Ferienwohnung mit Balkon

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem, was man braucht. Uns wurde ein Reisebett für unsere Tochter zur Verfügung gestellt. Super war auch, dass der Balkon eine Markise hatte, so lies es sich auch bei heißen Temperaturen gut aushalten. Es war schön persönlich empfangen zu werden und alles gezeigt zu bekommen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, um schnell am Strand zu sein (man kann das Meer vom Balkon aus sehen). Lediglich die Kopfkissen waren uns zu hoch, aber das ist schließlich Geschmackssache, wir haben dann einfach ohne geschlafen ;-)

Die Wohnung ist sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. An viele Details, die man kaum in einer Ferienwohnung findet, wurde gedacht ( Schuhanzieher, Eierkocher ). Mir persönlich war allerdings der Kühlschrank zu klein. Ich konnte nicht alles wie gewohnt darin lagern.Der kurze Weg zur Ostsee ist super. Zu den Supermärkten Rewe, Penny und Aldi kann man in ein paar Minuten auch laufen. Frau Rathjen ist sehr freundlich und erklärt bei Ankunft alles.

Schöne helle strandnahe Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 2. Stock, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön hell. Vom Balkon aus kann man auf die Ostsee schauen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und der Checkin und die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Toll gelegene, sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Fewo

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft persönlich und sehr freundlich von Frau Rathjen empfangen. Die Abstimmung für die Schlüsselübergabe war dabei unkompliziert und auf Wunsch wurde uns für unser Kind auch ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt (und sogar Strandspielzeug). Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und super ausgestattet. Wir haben an Haushaltsutensilien während unseres Aufenthaltes nichts vermisst. Alle Räume waren sets sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für einen Parkplatz vor der Haustür braucht man aber ein wenig Glück. Der Strand, Einkaufs- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten, sowie eine Bäckerei und Restaurants sind fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr saubere Wohnung

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett ist super bequem, die Lage der Wohnung ist für uns perfekt gewesen, ruhig und strandnah. Kontakt zu den Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Tolle Wohnung

Nach einem sehr freundlichen Empfang in der Wohnung, haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schöne, saubere Wohnung!

Wir waren nur für eine kurze Auszeit in Scharbeutz, 3 Tage. Die Wohnung war für 3 Personen super. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee, Tee und etwas Süßes standen bei der Ankuft bereit. tolle Ferienwohnung

Frau Rathjen war bei der Ankunft persönlich vor Ort, hat uns alles gezeigt und Tipps zum kostenlosen Parken gegeben. Die FeWo ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Für Handtücher und Bettwäsche wird nichts extra verlangt. Zum Strand ist es nur die Straße runter. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants und Eisdielen und man kann abends schön bummeln. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!
