We are ready to host you at our beautiful Villa CASA MISTIKA!!

Our Villa is an architect designed luxury vacation rental located on Gringo Hill Sayulita, in a residential neighborhood of beautiful homes.

We are your perfect option for your stay in Sayulita! whether a couple, bachelorette/bachelor group, family reunion, friends scape, a large group or just want to enjoy Sayulita

Casa MISTIKA have a total of 8 bedrooms with 8 private bathrooms, all with a unique touch that make it different.

At our CASA MISTIKA we keep working on our cleaning measures, we want our guests to feel safe and comfortable on our little paradise that we are happy to share with YOU!!

We count with self check in for your comfort BUT we are always available when you need us!!

The upper floors contain a gorgeous 3 bedroom + 3.5 bath penthouse with private dipping pool. The lower floors contain five 1 bedroom casitas with king size beds, private baths and kitchenettes. All rentals share the beautiful grounds, and large pool.

The 3 Bedroom + 3.5 Bath Penthouse has a soaring Palapa roof, fully equipped kitchen and living spaces, with elegant doors that you can slide all the way open to let in the breeze, or can completely close the space while still enjoying the stunning ocean views. All bedrooms are air conditioned, with ceiling fans, ensuite baths and closet space. The master suite has a bathtub an rainfall shower.

Our Villa is great for families, friends, bachelor or bachelorette parties, group getaways, private events, and more!!


The group of LATITUD20 (lat20.com) and myself, will be happy to host you in our little paradise in Sayulita!!

Think twice

Location is great. Property is beautiful but has an AWFUL sewage smell that is so disgusting. Fire table was broken. Pool isn’t heated and so cold couldn’t use it because the direction of the sun doesn’t heat it. I have stayed in Sayulita multiple years and different houses. This by far was the worst experience ever!

Simply incredible

I rented the entire place for a friends reunion of sorts for four nights. It was nothing short of incredible. Sandra the housekeeper and her team were hospitable and responsive, and so warm! Barbara the manager or owner was always available by message as well. The house itself was perfect for our group, incredible views.perfectly appointed rooms, clean, inviting and the perfect place for a reunion, friends or family or otherwise. It was a dream!
