There were outlets that were loose in the bedroom and the bathroom. They would not support a phone charger. The porch light was not working good enough to support a well lite porch area. The overall expierence was wonderful. The cabin needs a few minor fixes. We would suggest the property and would rent again.

Planned our anniversary at the Lodge. We were very pleased with the ease of check in, cleanliness and how private it was!. We did have a shared balcony but that was fine. Perfect weather 👌. Ac was good and cold. Shower nice and hot. Loved how it was just a short 8 min ride to helen. And Cleveland is just right down the road and has some great restaurants. Try Ol Cyldes!. We will definitely be back thank yall so much. They have have an email and text message that you can contact the employees and they have always been prompted and very helpful to me.

Cozy Cabin with Unbeatable Location

Cabin 23 was exactly what I needed for a peaceful stay. It's a very nice cabin in an ideal spot. There are many fun activities nearby. Well-equipped kitchen. The cabin was clean and a nice layout. Joyce was very sweet and accommodating. Already planning another stay.

The Odor.

The room itself was great. When we arrived everything downstairs and upstairs was fine. We went out to supper and when we arrived back there was the most horrendous odor that hit you when you walked in the door. The horrible odor remained the entire weekend and followed us upstairs. We were unable to enjoy the common room due to the odor hit us the minute we stepped out our door. No explanation was given by the worker in the gift shop.

We stayed for one night. It was an inexpensive place to rest our head for the night after a long drive. We were going to Babyland the next day. The mattress is very low quality. I could feel the springs through the mattress. I really wish all hotels would provide quality, comfortable mattresses to sleep on. Housekeeping could do a little better of a job paying attention to a couple things.

Nice place but a little abandoned

We were really excited about the stay at this place because of previous positive reviews.... The truth is that we would have liked a little bit more service in terms of: 1. Cleaning up the room, 2. Some front office service to guide us in the area and on the facility, 3. Offerings on site. It feels like the hotel is only operated by a skeleton crew providing only minimum maintenance!

Stayed in a cabin with our dog, it was so beautiful and had a nice deck. Will come back! Super close to Helen and wonderful breweries and wineries
