Cozy and romantic country house of 100 square meters, with kitchenette and open space living room, two comfortable rooms, a bathroom, surrounded by greenery, completely fenced, with different spaces in which to relax and enjoy the tranquility. The house has a patio covered with dining area, large garden, picnic area, a small lawn with shaded areas where you can enjoy breakfast, several spaces for sunbathing, an outdoor shower, free parking. Very close to Lake Baratz and the beautiful beach of Porto Ferro. Casa vacanze spaziosa e comoda alla spiaggia

Casa confortevole ben attrezzata, inserita in una zona silenziosa e comoda alla spiaggia di Porto Ferro che si raggiunge in 5 minuti di auto. Purtroppo la zona non è servita da esercizi commerciali pertanto ci si deve approvvigionare presso la vicina Alghero. Un suggerimento per la proprietà:allegerire il mobilio che è molto "invadente", e dotare la casa di stendino, ombrelloni e lettini da poter portare in spiaggia senza doverli comperare. Proprietario cortese e simpatico.

Bella casa con giardino e orto

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la zona è molto tranquilla e isolata, la casa grande e comoda, la strada antistante è stretta e poco adatta alle passeggiate serali anche se il traffico è quasi nullo.
