The rooms are sparkling clean and updated. The shower — you’re missing out if you don’t use the shower with the overhead shower head!! L’Occitane en Provence soap and lotion are wonderful.

Love staying there. The rooms are wonderful. I love the Nespresso machine and real cups and saucers in the room. The pool area is fantastic especially the saunas. Staff always friendly. Don’t change a thing.

There was an issue with the hot tub. I called the front desk who said they’d send help. Nobody came so I had to call again 30 min later. They still didn’t provide assistance. The pool area then closed at 10pm and the front desk lady offered no assistance yet again when I was returning to my room. Really disappointed because that was a night away for my wife and I which we are rarely able to do.
