Love staying there. The rooms are wonderful. I love the Nespresso machine and real cups and saucers in the room. The pool area is fantastic especially the saunas. Staff always friendly. Don’t change a thing.

There was an issue with the hot tub. I called the front desk who said they’d send help. Nobody came so I had to call again 30 min later. They still didn’t provide assistance. The pool area then closed at 10pm and the front desk lady offered no assistance yet again when I was returning to my room. Really disappointed because that was a night away for my wife and I which we are rarely able to do.

Something else. This is our go to hotel in Sarnia and we have stayed there over a dozen times in the past few years with no complaints at all. This time there was a kids hockey team staying there and they ran the hallways at all hours, actually set up a hockey game in the hallway both nights and in the room above us, they moved the furniture and had a full on hockey game for three hours while their parents sat down at the bar and drank. We will never stay there again if there are hockey teams there. Very disappointing.
