We have stayed in SW Florida every winter for the past 12 or so years. Every year we enjoyed the vacation homes but we have never stayed in the same one twice… always in search of the perfect one. In leaving today the whole family agreed we would all come back to this one!! It’s in a safe community and we loved the little treat places we could walk or drive to. Cutest coffee trailer, hot pretzels, ice cream, pizza etc! The outdoor area was the best. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm and we spent many hours relaxing swimming and playing corn hole. We had fun playing the board games & mini golf that were at the house also. The thing that really sets this place far above the rest is how well stocked it is. This is a RARETY for vacation homes. We never bought a single paper product or detergent during our stay. Usually places give two dishwasher pods and two rolls of toilet paper. Not that it’s a big deal to go buy some but it was just so nice having everything right there! If we needed something we would just look around and we usually found what we needed. Bonus: there is a Breville espresso machine and a whole canister of coffee beans. We could feel the care Erinn & Marlin put into making this place special. Thank you Yoders for an amazing vacation. We feel rested, restored and made many memories together!

Erin was amazing to work with, wonderful communication and very responsive. The house was beautifully renovated and clean. She did a great job of putting helpful notes around the house to help with any questions that might've popped up. Also the online Guestbook was very useful. The location was perfect of our winter trip. I highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful modern home in Sarasota!

Beautiful, well furnished, superbly clean home full of amenities made our 10 day stay wonderful. We liked the outstanding backyard pool, hot tub, furniture, mini golf and beanbag. Perfect location near Amish community and short drive to Siesta beach among others. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Best vrbo that we've ever stayed.

Pattison Palms Perfect

This rental property is what a VRBO property should always be like. The photos and description represented the house perfectly. It was on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood of modest but well kept homes. The house was fully renovated with modern conveniences, but not sterile…it was nicely decorated and very well stocked. We were on a “boys” golf trip and didn’t use the kitchen much, but again, it was modern, functional and fully stocked. The three bedrooms each had an ensuite bath and there are two separate sitting areas in the house, each with TVs. The outdoor space, although small, is very private and quiet and includes a sitting area with an outdoor tv, hot tub and fire pit. The house was convenient to downtown Sarasota and there were numerous restaurants within a ten minutes drive. Communication with the property manager was easy, timely and precise. Overall, it’s a very well thought out property and met our needs perfectly; I’d definitely rent this property again.

Relaxing Beach Weekend

The house came with all the necessary amenities for a Florida beach weekend. Close to a few of the Keys' beaches and local Sarasota restaurants. Best part of the house was each bedroom having there own private bathroom; perfect for three couples. Overall, the house was beautiful, private, and clean. Highly recommend.

BEAUTIFUL Property!

Amazing property. Every detail was thoroughly thought through and planned for. We stayed for 3 weeks while relocating to Sarasota and waiting for our home to close. If given the chance, we would have purchased and lived in this property. Owner is very kind and responsive. Lots of love and care go into this property and you see and feel it.

Beautiful home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This home was so beautiful. Newly renovated and the owners spared no expense! The appliances, the furnishings, the bedding… just gorgeous! And so so comfortable. My kids had a great time with the (old fashioned) record player and we all loved playing chess and some of the other games in the house. We also loved the art tvs. Very cool! And we all had our own bedroom/bathroom. It was perfect! I have family that lives nearby so this was the perfect location for us to stay. And being so close to Siesta Key was a bonus! Thank you so much for a wonderful time. We’ll absolutely be back!

Absolutely a beautiful property

This property is stunning. An amazing layout of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plus 3 large flat screen TVs (one of which was outdoors) that we used to watch all the College Basketball games. The Hosts were incredible with detailed instructions on how to operate the home. It was so well stocked with paper towels, laundry detergent, etc plus dog treats for our dog. My husband and I spent a relaxing month there and had family and friends visit. Everyone loved the house! Though a drive to the beach, we took advantage of all the activities close by....pickle ball courts, golf courses and legacy trail for biking and running. Highly recommend this property.
