Sunrise Bay es una 2BR, 1. 5 baños, apartamento del segundo piso, en un edificio de apartamentos 4-plex. Se enfrenta al este y se encuentra en el agua de la pequeña bahía de Sarasota. El apartamento tiene una cama queen size en el dormitorio principal y dos camas individuales o camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio. Contamos con un sofá-cama en el salón que tiene capacidad para otros 1-2 personas.

Nuestro apartamento del segundo piso tiene su propia terraza privada con mesa y sillas que se asoma sobre el agua. El patio es un patio pavimentado con nuestro propio muelle para su uso. Hay una mesa de picnic, sillas, y una parrilla de gas en el patio. También tenemos 1 kayak para dos personas, 1 kayak para una persona, 2 bicicletas de crucero y 1 tándem que se comparte con otro apartamento.

Justo detrás de nuestro apartamento es el agua de la bahía. Si te gusta la naturaleza, te gustará este lugar. Uno no creer en la vida silvestre que se encuentra cerca de la derecha, especialmente numerosos peces saltando de varias clases, aves zancudas, pelícanos, ibis, y un montón de espátula. Manatee, también. Si pasar en cualquier momento en absoluto fuera de vuelta, o tiene las puertas del patio abierto, a menudo se ven delfines! Ellos son una ocurrencia diaria justo al lado de nuestro muelle, a unos 50 pies. Muchas veces se oye ellos exhalan en voz alta, y entonces usted sabrá que mirar hacia el agua.

También hay árboles frutales en la propiedad. Palma, naranja, mango, y la figura, y cuando están en temporada, puede ayudarse a sí mismo a sus frutas y simplemente agarrar ellos de los árboles!

Si te gusta la pesca, que es bastante bueno fuera de nuestro muelle. Skate y el bagre son en su mayoría capturados. Camarones vivos hacen el mejor cebo local y camarón vivo se venden en la tienda de cebo de la carretera. Tenemos 2 cañas de pescar para su uso.

Y sí, hay una playa de arena muy agradable justo cerca para que usted pueda nadar, sol, o peine playa. Esto sería 'Turtle Beach' de Siesta Key, que está al otro lado de la carretera y cerca de 300 yardas al norte. Cena de lujo cerca y una tienda de comestibles decente 2. 5 millas al norte por lo que no tiene que dejar la llave a menos que desee.

Friends trip

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The view was beautiful. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and communication with the owner easy and the response was timely. Short walk to the trolley stop or Turtle Beach access. Truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Stinky sink arrival

The actual property was nice and we eventually enjoyed it however,,,,, when we arrived the cleaning lady was just leaving and she told us the kitchen sink was backed up. She say the owner had someone coming out in the morning. We just opened the window above the sink so the place would smell better. We closed the bedroom doors so we could sleep with out the stink. The next day we were told that the plumber was a no show and the earliest the next plumber could come out was the next day. We were supposed to be ok with a stinky kitchen with no running water for 2 1/2 days? I called 2 different plumbers and the first couldn’t come out and the second said no problem he’d come out and fix it. I told the owner which company could do it and they set it up with them. Was it my responsibility to contact a plumber to have them fix the problem? No

Five-Star View

We spent lots of time on the patio overlooking the waterway. There is an osprey nest close enough to watch the baby. We were there for the full moon, and that was incredible. The condo is spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. Comfy bed as well. And the neighborhood is beautiful, with great restaurants and shops just a short distance away. Close to the beach too.

Turtle Beach oasis

The unit was great. It had everything we needed and was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the fish and dolphins jumping in the bay.

The Perfect Spot

Is the place updated? No! But it is clean and comfortable. The key has such a relaxing vibe and this place is such a find. Turtle beach in the morning is amazing. Siesta Beach in the evenings. The restaurant next door has a delicious menu. Truly recommend especially to those that don't want to be in the busy condo zone.

Mini Vacation

The place is not the newest place on the beach but it was very cozy, it has everything you need. We brought our kayaks, chairs, long boards, fishing poles and things but they had everything at the facility. I would love to stay here again. If faces bird island which is beautiful, you can walk to the beach or take their bikes or you can take a free trolley on the breeze the the more populated part of the island. My family and I really enjoyed it! Thankful they had aloe on hand for the sunburn, that was one thing I forgot.

Simple oasis

We've stayed here on 3 separate occasions, and every time the experience is just right for us. For the price, this location can't be beat for access to Turtle Beach and the Siesta Breeze Trolly. Situated on the south side of the island, this spot is nice and quiet despite being part of a 4 Plex unit. The condo is perfect if you need a convenient place to rest your head and have a little down time between the beach and other activities. Although it's not new or very spacious, we were comfortable as a family of 4 and you're provided all the necessities for your trip; towels, cookware, beach chairs...and there are kayaks, bikes, and fishing poles. The view and access to the lagoon is a plus ...and if you're lucky, you can spot manatees or dolphins in the morning.

Away from bustle and hustle

This was exactly as described in the listing. Perfect location to get away from busy downtown and have your own peace and quiet. Balcony and patio were perfect and views of sunrise and moon on water were beautiful. Only downfall is right nextdoor to restaurant with evening service only. People on their patio until 1030pm and could hear their conversations. Plus smell of food. But this wouldn't stop us from staying there again. Our code did not work upon late arrival, but host gave us 3 contact #'s and last contact helped us get in. Host corrected code promptly the next day.

Amazing experience and so close to everything

Highly encourage staying here. The view was incredible each morning, saw dolphins and manatees every day, great restaurants within walking distance and close to the trolly stop to get us down town on siesta key. The location really was awesome. Would come back. Love the area

2nd story view was incredible

If you are looking for an apartment in the quiet part of Siesta key this is your place. The 2 bedrooms with the living areas are quite comfortable. The view is beautiful. The apartment is dated but all is in working condition.

Exceeded expectations

The unit was perfect for our family of four. Building was older but the level of cleanliness was EXCEPTIONAL and the unit was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Bedrooms were small but the kitchen and living areas were spacious for a unit this size. The half bath connected to the queen room was a welcome surprise so my husband and I only needed to share the main bathroom with our two teenagers when we needed a shower. We loved the location- amazing views from the balcony and a short walk to turtle beach. We would stay here again.

Great location

This upstairs cottage with a great view of sunrise was very clean and comfortable. We did have to wash the sliders because they were all spotted and we wanted to see the view when inside, all utilities worked and there was adequate hot water for the two of us to shower. The bath could be updated with an exhaust fan although the large window above the bath did open. The back yard could use some TLC to make it easier to get the kayak and paddle boards out to the water.

Wonderful Choice!

Absolutely loves our stay at this lovely condo. The deck overlooks the water and we saw manatees, dolphins and many birds. The location was perfect for us because it was on the quiet end and out of all the beaches we visited, Turtle Beach was our favorite. Bonus points because we could walk there. Brunch was fabulous at Turtles on the Bay, directly across from the beach. Can't wait to come back again!

Except Rest and relaxation spot

Property is in a quiet area. Views of the bay are beautiful and as promised a great place to see dolphins. Everything that was needed was available and owner was very responsive to any questions. Perfect place to paddle board and kayak around the bay or over to the beach for a little beach time. Kitchen was quite large, bedrooms were small and dated, but very clean and neat. Enjoyed our time!

Perfect Vacation House

We enjoyed our stay. We were close to the beaches and wonderful restaurants. The amazing view of the water was perfect. We saw dolphins everyday. The kayaks and paddle boards we so much fun. We had everything we needed for the beach. We would defiantly stay here again. The house could use some more beach towels but that is not a big deal.

Great little place but some plumbing issues

Sewer gas issues emanating from the 1/2 bath. Property management was responsive. After a reoccurrence we kept the room closed off. Other than that … wonderful stay. I think I could live on the balcony, wonderful views, very peaceful. Kayaks a real treat.

Amazing Bay view

This place had everything! We used the kayaks and bikes. Plenty of spices and oils for cooking so no need to buy more. Shampoo and Conditioner provided. There is sunscreen and aloe too. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Very Quiet! Very roomy. Close to beach- walk there. Trolly will take you to town for anything else. We loved it and will be back! Thank you!

Comfortable apartment with a fantastic view!

We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and the osprey nesting not far away. We saw dolphins one evening and enjoyed exploring in the kayaks. There is a Breeze Trolley stop 2 blocks away, allowing us to visit several beaches on the key easily. We highly recommend this VRBO stay and hope to bisit again!

Feels like a comfortable home

We loved the location of this property. It was equipped with everything you need and may have forgotten to bring. Loved the lagoon side with dolphins daily. Walking distance to Turtle Beach, great path for walkers/runners and bikers along the road. It was a great gem of a find on VRBO!
