Newly furnished property, perfect for extended vacation or business. Everything you need is furnished from the kitchen utensils to ironing board etc., just bring your suitcase.

Master bedroom has King bed, his & hers sinks, a large walk-in closet and patio off master. Guest room has twin beds. The photo's say it all.

Just minutes from several fantastic beaches, shopping and fabulous restaurants. Enjoy your evening cocktail or morning coffee from the screened in porch with a spectacular view overlooking one of Florida's best golf coarse's, while enjoying some of the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen. Living room has leather reclining couch, along with 60" flat screen smart TV. If you feel like eating in, The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need for making a snack to cooking a gourmet meal.

This is a second floor condo that provides for better views from the balcony. There is an elevator if stairs are an issue.
