Everything about this hotel was amazing. I think a lot of people forget the history of this place when they review it. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping was always lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy. And the hotel in general was lovely. Definitely will not be my last stay at this place.

If you want a hotel with a lot of heritage and a great location, it is perfect. However, it needs to be renovated.

This hotel was lovely! My suite overlooked the back terrace and the mosque/old city. While it was a bit loud at night, the view was so beautiful, I didn't mind at all. The complementary breakfast was amazing, and the spa treatments were wonderful. Cena, the aesthetician, was so nice and friendly. The location is perfect for walking to almost anywhere in the city. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

This hotel is in a great location. It was a nice hotel 20-25 years ago, but now the furniture and carpets are old, worn out, and stained. Staff are friendly, but the owners obviously do not invest in the hotel anymore. There are many better hotels in Sarajevo for a lot less money.
