A very nice hotel with modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds, an amazing view (we were on 17th floor), and a great breakfast buffet. The hotel was a quick taxi from the train station and one can easily walk to the botanical gardens and Odori Park as well as to the subway & streetcar. This was the best hotel we stayed during our 18-day trip through Tokyo-Tohoku-Hokkaido.

Staff at this hotel was very helpful and always present. Check in process was very smooth. The room is extremely spacious and this was the best thing about this hotel. The location may not be the best, especially if you’re not driving a car. It’s quite a far walk from the actual city centre. This is a huge hotel but for some strange reasons, the lobby and most of the common areas of the hotel seems very deserted. Lots of closed/shut off places.

The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. For the most part, we don't hear any noises from the hallway or other rooms. The decor and bathroom fixtures were pretty oudated though. While not located very close (within 10-minute walk) to major attractions, there is a Family Mart across the street from the hotel and a subway station about two blocks away.
