　客室以外は、従来のイメージどおり、JAL City の質高く機能的で整った佇まいをもっていたが、ひとつだけ、肝心の寝室には失望。 　シングル室がインバウンド用に改変され、デスクが消えて、無理やりベットが追加されたツインに。そのためベットに寝そべらないと正面に見えないTV、ホテル説明書を開くことやものを書く場がないなど、くつろげない。

There is not room for a desk. I would recommend to reduce the sofa space to a love seat, and have a real desk. Also, the twin beds can be reduced to a full size bed so leave more room for the desk. As of breakfast, I'd like to see some menu changes from day to day rather the same thing every day. Thanks.

We stayed at the JAL City hotel for 5 nights. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is very close to Nakajima park, transportation, and a variety of dining options. However, there is construction going on next to the hotel. We were originally assigned a room right next to the construction site but were able to change the room to the opposite site of the hotel, away from the noise of the construction. The breakfast included a variety of options; however, it did not change much during our stay and it sometimes got very crowded so we had to wait a while before getting seated. The staff were the highlight of this hotel; service was excellent.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and staff and service was impeccable! We would stay here again, close to everything but quiet street- the staff at the hotel were so kind and accommodating- all around exceptional service. The bath and spa area was also lovely!
