We stayed in the apartment with the slightly bigger terrace overlooking the caldera. The apartment itself was spotless, and cleaned three times during our week there. Although small, we didn’t mind - most of our time there was spent on the terrace. Apartment location is perfect, with an amazing view across the caldera. As others have said though, there are a lot of steps down to the building entrance, and a lot of steps up to the apartment - our calves were rock hard by the time we left! Chara, our host, was fantastic. We had an issue with the water supply, which she managed to sort out for us, and she was always very helpful. We can highly recommend the apartment. We loved our stay there, and would happily go back.

Loved the apartment and the beautiful ocean views. The staff communicated effectively with us and helped when needed. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The room was cool on its own but we did have an AC. I would stay again. The only warning is that it is located down several flights of stairs. If you have heavy luggage or need accommodations this would be a challenging spot to get to. Loved the area though. It was quieter than Oia and I thought even more beautiful.

The view is the reason to rent this place- it’s magnificent.First of all, it’s 74 stairs up and down, so leave the big suitcases at home because there is no staff to help. Maid service is every 3rd day. The 2 twin beds are very hard. The host, Chara was amenable to our request for beach towels, but be sure to request at least 2 days before needed, as she is not on the premises
