George and Eduardo are top notch. The accommodations, views and location are all great, but the service and helpfulness from the staff is what separates this hotel stay from all our other stops in Greece. Thank you George and Eduardo!

Excellent hotel with great staff and breakfast. Location is amazing, on the caldera, close to bus station, shopping and restaurants. The best is the breathtaking views of the caldera and sunset right on the balcony.

The interaction with George was the BEST! He was so helpful with checking in, planning our day and our transports. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and had amazing views.. We would definitely stay there again. The only thing it was missing was an iron.

This was THE BEST experience I have ever had. George is the absolute best and nicest, easiest, and most friendly person ever!! The location is unbeatable, the views are insane. This was classic Santorini as you see in all the pictures. Almost felt unreal (in a good way). The host was fantastic - helpful and friendly. We enjoyed his company very much. Location is fantastic if you like night life, shopping, and good dining options. The breakfast served on the patio was delicious and timely. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable.

On a trip full of wonderful stays and views, this one definitely stood out in the best way!! Just steps off the main road of Fira, it is perfectly located to get the best the island has to offer. Because the rooms are back in a cave however, they remain blissfully quiet despite the bustling surroundings. The staff- IMPECCABLE!! We didn’t carry our bags once and had a delightful breakfast timed and made to order every morning, plus it was service with a smile!! The private balcony was perfect for laying out in the day and watching the sunset at night. Would LOVE to make it back here in life, please do yourself a favor and stay!!

Definitely will be returning! George was able to accommodate an early check in, as well as provide us with the best dining options of the island and even made reservations for us. The view from the suite was the best on the island as we had our own private view of the sunset.

We didnt stay overnight but we booked the room for a place for the boys to get dressed and ready on our wedding day and they were super accommodating about that and it was right next to our venue at the Athina luxury suites. They were very kind and it was an added good experience to a very big day in our lives. When we go back to Santorini we will be staying there again for sure!

Perfection

After travelling the world to some really cool places over the years, we rarely get that ‘wow’ moment - until we saw our room here! Genuinely, takes your breath away when you see the 180 degree Caldera view from the fully furnished terrace - a room we’ll crave returning to, just a shame we only stayed for 2 nights. To add to the sheer beauty of the room and view, the service couldn’t have been any better. We were met at the taxi rank and had our bags taken to the hotel (even when we arrived at the promenade front gate to the hotel, the view was barely believable!). George the Manager was brilliant, gave us lots of info on the local area and was such a lovely guy. The best part of the check in was selecting which freshly made to order items you wanted for breakfast the following day - which is then delivered to your room at your desired time and set up on your own private balcony with the ‘wow’ view! This just completed the experience! Honestly, a really great place which we will 100% return to - I’m already missing that room with a view. Perfection.

Its prime location, Edwardo and George were amazing, extremely helpful in making our stay effortless. Breakfast was great and on time. The view was incredible from balcony. The bus is a few mins walk, next to taxi station and very cost effective and comfortable. 20 mins to Oia or port, highly recommended taxi is very expensive. Over all it an ideal location. Definitely will return to stay @ Asteras Villa, highly recommended for your stay. Thank you George & Edwardo!

Firstly, the Property Manager Mr. George… he’s a great person, polite, friendly and very helpful. He’s indeed a warm and wonderful guy. The property was well-maintained, clean and strategically located. Easy to find. Only drawback we have noticed and told George… was the outdated Flooring. But clean of course. The White Marble Flooring is OLD FASHIONED and spoils the asthetic of a great Property. Good food. Great location. Amazing view. Another gentleman named Eddy… one who helped us with our Luggage and Breakfast, every day including our room’s housekeeping… is an amazing man. Very good. Very strong !!
