The view from our room was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful with great restaurant recommendations. We rented a car and had no difficulty parking in the few spots available. Our only complaint was that the property is located at the top of the only access road from the cruise ship tender port, so there was a lot of bus traffic, particularly in late afternoon. Police were stationed at the corner, directing traffic and blowing whistles. This was a minor irritation. We were very happy with our choice of Alti Santorini Suites.

We had the time of our lives and the views from the sugarmoon suite were 100% the best we had ever seen! The attention by staff was on point, if we left the suite wether it be 4 times a day the room was cleaned and beds were made as soon as we returned every time. Highly recommended santorini suites.

The private pool and balcony for our suite is definitely a highlight that we expected (alongside the stunning views of the caldera and sunset). Less expected but absolutely delightful was the phenomenal staff—timely in responding to requests, knowledgeable about Santorini (providing excellent recommendations), and above all welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend staying here!

The staff at Alti Suites are wonderful, so nice and willing to help you. They are constantly working and the property , rooms, pools are spotless ! Giota the concierge, is amazing ! She is so helpful and thinks of everything. The bed and sheets are very luxurious and comfortable. I absolutely loved my stay there.

The staff was so welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The room was cleaned and fresh towels daily. The jacuzzi pool was also attended to throughout the day. The view could not be beat. Sunset view .. watching the Cruise ships and the peace and quiet. A 15 minute walk into Megalochori was a hidden gem for a stroll and some cute restaurants without a crowd of people. We rented an ATV (set up by the hotel) to get is to Fira and Oia as well as Red Beach. It was no more than 20 mins to get to Oia and it was a beautiful scenic ride. The only negative thing I can say is the endless amount of buses going by the hotel coming to and from the port. But a very minor detail in my mind. Would recommend this place if you don't want to stay in the busy areas of Fira and Oia

What I did like about this resort was the fact that it was away from all the attractions so it was quiet and not crowded at all. I was under the impression that our room would be more private considering we booked the most private room on the property but you’re still exposed if you want to use the pool in your room which may be fine for some people but I wanted more privacy since I was on my honeymoon. After seeing other resorts on the island I would say yes this one might be on the more private spectrum but still not as expected because you can see all the other people and they can see you if you’re outside and you feel like anyone can just come in to your room it was an odd setup but maybe normal for Santorini. During our stay it was a little cold but they said their pools are heated but it wasn’t even warm enough to enjoy the pool. They do clean the rooms every day, the lady did a great job. But you can tell the rooms have been over used doesn’t exactly look the same in the pictures, I think they need to update equipment our coffee machine didn’t work and the towels and robes looked old. The towels and bed sheets all smell like vinegar and it was overwhelming. The staff are friendly. The resorts biggest perk is the view. Otherwise, it was an ok stay nothing special. You do get breakfast to your room it’s included during your stay. Overall it was ok.

Wow. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels but Alti Santorini suites has to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. The breakfast with the view was incredible. The rooms are perfect and beds were so comfortable. I stayed in the sugar moon suite and the hot tub and pool were amazing especially with the view. I really recommend this hotel and cannot wait to stay again

Hôtel merveilleux, très propre et avec un service extraordinaire. La vue sur la Caldera est magnifique. Le seul inconvénient est la route qui descend au port est juste à côté de l’hôtel et lors d’arrivée de traversier, c’est très bruyant avec les autobus. Et plus encore, lorsqu’un bateau de marchandise est à décharger, il y un va et vient de camions et on y a eu droit jusqu’à minuit et plus. Mais pour tout le reste c’est tout simplement magnifique.

Where to start? Giota the property manager is not just a ray of sunshine but the entire ball of sunshine, just her positive attitude, big smile, and friendliness makes you want to stay there more! The view of Caldera and the sunset is perfection. The location is great if you are looking to avoid the crowds and just soak in the sunshine and peace. It is also located next to two major wineries, you can walk to Venesantos and their wine is excellent. Oh and the breakfast they cook is delicious!!!

Absolutely amazing hotel! We spent four incredible days at Alti Santorini Suites in the Sugar Moon Suite, and we can't wait to return! This hotel is pure perfection. The Sugar Moon Suite offers the most breathtaking view of the caldera and the sea, making every moment magical. Each morning, we were delighted with an excellent breakfast, delivered right to our terrace – it was the perfect start to the day. The staff deserve special mention for their outstanding attentiveness and kindness. They were super polite and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a dream getaway!
