The view from this hotel was unreal! The staff do a wonderful job taking care of the property, servicing the room and delivering the amazing breakfast. Panos went above and beyond in communicating with us when our flight was delayed. We got into our room after 36 hours of travel and had a hot breakfast delivered. He had thankfully written down every recommendation on a map for things to do as well as restaurants. About the only thing we remembered was the walk to Oia would be worth it. When we walked to Oia from Fira and couldn’t find a taxi anywhere we messaged Panos and he recommended the bus back for 4€ and sent us directions to the bus stop.

Great location. Excellent vies of the sea and island. Friendly staff. Like the free breakfast. Not handicap accessible. No washing machine nor dryer. Have to pay for laundry service or go to nearby Laundromat. No microwave. Iron available upon request. In the middle of shopping district. Noisy, loud noise over head in morning. Many stairs but staff carry bags. Good for short stays.

We really enjoyed our stay at Asha Luxury suites in Fira. We stayed in the Eon suite and enjoyed a beautiful view of the caldera, a delicious breakfast served on our semi-private balcony, a luxurious bathroom and private outdoor hot tub. The staff and service was truly top notch. Unlike many of the other hotels, there were no tourists able to walk around the suites and hot tubs so it did feel quite private and secluded which was nice. The only people walking around would be the other people in the suites next door. There are stairs which are steep but not very many and the staff did help us with our bags which was very nice. It was located within a 4 minute walk from the main bus station which made getting around the island easy and convenient. We enjoyed dinner at several nearby restaurants and shopping practically right outside our door. Very lovely stay and definitely recommend for anyone visiting Santorini.

The views of the caldera from the balcony and hot tub are stunning. The customized breakfast delivered to the patio was wonderful. Walk up the stairs, unlock the door and you are on the main avenue in Fira with all the shops and restaurants. They met us at the taxi stand and hauled our luggage for us. We stayed in Motion suite and our room was amazing. All of Sanorini was beautiful. Wish we had booked for a week.

Great hotel in a great location! We wanted to stay in Thira and it’s perfect! Great view, great breakfast, great staff! I read it’s only 23 steps to your room and they were right, so it’s not bad at all! We stayed in the Aether, so we had a private balcony. Loved walking up the steps and being right there in the action. It was very quiet and the shower was amazing. Our neighbors said they could hear the bustle of the restaurant above, but we didn’t hear a peep. Highly recommend! They also lug your luggage for you, so thank you for that! It was spacious, comfy, and did I mention the view?

My family and enjoyed our stay at the Asha Luxury Suites. The hotels located in the middle of Fira next to many shops and restaurants. The hotel helped arranged for our ferry pickup, and assisted with luggage transport into the hotel. It had wonderful views and a made to order breakfast each morning. The front desk crew was always helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is in a walking area only of the town. It is about 50-100 yards from the nearest car drop off.

The view was incredible, the position fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. BUT, and it is a big issue for me, the noise from the restaurant is beyond compare. Their floor is your ceiling (in the Matter Suite) and while the diners may finish at 11:00pm, the cleaning up doesn’t finish until well past midnight, sometimes 1am. And breakfast setup starts before 8:00am. Imagine metal chair legs dragged over stone tiles and the echo from that? All day, all night, until the small hours. No, it isn’t the ‘fault’ of the hotel. No, there isn’t anything they personally can do. But that won’t help you sleep. Trust me, you WILL NEED ear plugs to get any chance to sleep.

Good location. Close to shopping. Very spacious room with a private hot tub overlooking the Aegean Sea with beautiful sunset. Breakfast is excellent. You can order anything on the menu. Panos is very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Matter Suite. There a restaurant above. You will get a little noise from above. Overall was a pleasant stay.
