Service was rushed and sometimes rude. Food at buffet and dinner was very poor quality. Only positive was the access to the beach club which actually isn’t big enough for the hotel size

The beach was great. The breakfast was decent. Other than that the staff was not very friendly. We had ants in our room. The AC did not work properly. The sheets had a stain on them. The TV and Phone did also not work

The location and spa were excellent. The whole beach situation is annoying to deal with if you’re wanting a relaxing vacation. The beach itself is extremely crowded (the property doesn’t have loungers on the beach) and the pool that overlooks the ocean gets packed with everyone from the hotel lining up at 9 am for the 10 am opening time. The breakfast and dinner were about 6/10, we ate there often but the times we went to other restaurants we were shocked by how good the food was in comparison. The rooms were clean however our towels were only changed once despite being there for a 6 night stay. You also can’t get pool towels exchanged whenever you want, you have to wait until Monday Wednesday Friday to do so. They let us use the spa facilities after check out and arranged for a taxi to airport. It was our honeymoon and we weren’t offered anything special throughout the stay.

Lovely hotel

This is a lovely hotel, we stayed in a room with a private swim up pool which we really enjoyed. The hotel location was good (about 15 mins walk to the main restaurant area of town) and the beach bar across the road (part of the ) had a great view of the beach.

This is our third stay at this hotel, it is beautiful, everything is exceptional. The food is very tasty and huge selection, the staff are all friendly and efficient, cleanliness is very high in your rooms and all surrounding areas. We had a junior suite which is very spacious, shower gels, body lotions all included, plenty of wardrobe space, fridge, large tv with British channels, lovely view over pool and gardens. Beach club across road with pool and access down to beach. Bars and shops close by, well done hotel esmerelda see you next year.

Positives Close to beach and Cala Great beachfront restaurant right out front Nice oceanfront pool Negatives-Limited chairs at beachside pool waiting line and people arguing about chair selection First room we checked into smelled so bad we asked to move to another room the next day. Room decor terrible entire floor is bathroom tile felt like an 80’a Turkish bath A/C is limited to 18’ hotel has a policy they do not allow guest to set their own temperature below a pre programmed limit. Hotel Front desk advised they would prepare a boxed breakfast to takeaway since we had an early checkout. When we went to the breakfast spot they had not knowledge nor capacity to prepare a takeaway breakfast. They gave a plastic bag to us and we had to fend for ourselves and grab a baguette and cheese. Room chiller/refrigerator did not work. Asked from desk to service and they never came to repair during the remainder of our stay.

A perfect place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed our ocean view room, the friendly staff, the modern and clean vibe, the delicious breakfast buffet, and the special pool overlooking the ocean cove. Would highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing place in Mallorca!

This hotel is awful. It feels like you are staying in an airport. It’s clinical and uncomfortable and nothing invites you to relax. The staff are ignorant, the rooms are decorated like a public toilet, the machines in the gym were rusty, the buffet was limited, and so it goes on. The only saving grace was the location and the beach club which was very nice. We left early as it was that bad
