It is not really a city express It is a domus hotel son it is not the same. I reserved because you sell it to me as a really city express. The worst was when we had to change room Because of bedbugs ☹️☹️😒 it is well located and good if you need a parking place Th other room worhout issues

Hotel was pretty far from downtown on a industrial park to start. Carpet at the hallways was old and dirty, room was not cleaned everyday as was advertised. Overall I was not happy there.

A safe, easy to find hotel in Santander.

This was a good overnight stay. Being British we did miss not having a hot breakfast but the Continental breakfast was well provided.

Friendly staff and the room was clean. Hotel quite far from Santander centre so you'll need to take a taxi to get there - or the airport as it's in an industrial area. We did have an issue with cigarette smoke coming through from next room though.

Be careful here

We were very pleased with the room and staff but we parked our motorhome in the car park as discretely as possible, sadly it was broken into over night. We asked about the CCTV cameras that were evident in the car park and whether there would be images that would help us find the offenders but reception told us the cameras didn't work. So my advice to anyone staying there is be sure to take all your valuables into the hotel with you. There were always a lot of young men hanging around in the area. We saw several and we were only there 18 hours.

I liked the hotel however I became upset with the breakfast time on weekends. in web announcement says that it starts at 7 am, however on weekends start at 8 am. I lost the 19 EUR i paid for food i couldnt have due to "hidden information". the staff only said its the hotel policy and that they couldnt do anything, y train departed at 8 am, so clearly that day me and my old mother didnt have breakfast.
