An excellent hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations and providing anything we asked for (bottle openers, beach towels). The rooms are really modern and clean with excellent aircon. The location is also really good to walk around Santander. The pool is also really nice and much deeper than we had thought! What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Service was phenominal throughout, very attentive to our needs. We had a full tour of the grounds and our room on check in which was a very nice touch. We arrived early on check in day, and were able to leave our bags which had been put into the room by check in. The room was fantastic, nice and spacious with a lovely terrace. We spent a few afternoons by the pool too which was gorgeous, created a little escape from the bustling city below. 100% reccommend and hope to be back in the future.
