Very nice Sardinian beach house

My family and I stayed here for 8 nights in this comfortable, cool beach house conveniently close to the beach, a mini-mart, and Santa Teresa. It is in a great location to explore many of the other wonderful beaches and historical sites of northern Sardinia. Check-in was easy thanks to Guilano's good communication, and Patricia was very nice at check-out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Ideal zum Abschalten

Das Check-In war sehr schnell erledigt und da es möglich war, durften wir schon etwas früher einchecken. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Die Terrassen und der Umschwung sind extrem angenehm. Man findet von morgens bis abends Sonne oder Schatten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. (ev. sogar etwas zuviel des Guten) Bedingt durch die Nähe zum Meer gibt es feuchte Stellen in den Mauern und die Farbe blätterte ab. Aber das hat der Erholung und dem Abschalten nicht geschadet. Alles in Allem ein ganz tolles Haus mit einem sagenhaften Ausblick auf die Baia di Santa Reparata.

Wonderful and relaxing holidays

We had a very relaxing holiday. The house has a beautiful view over the ocean and is located in a quite area. It is well equipped and has enough space inside and outside for a family, even a private parking spot is available. A lot of beautiful beaches are in this area and also hiking trails. Giuliano has organized everything very well, and we were warmly welcomed, including a list of beaches and hiking trails he recommended. In summary, we will come back to this wonderful location!

Ferienhaus mit Beigeschmack

Ich haben mich für das Ferienhaus entschieden, weil es mit drei Schlafzimmern angeboten wurde. Als der Vermieter kurz vor Reisebeginn Kontakt aufnahm, erfuhr ich, dass der dritte Schlafplatz im Wohnzimmer ist und es kein drittes Schlafzimmer gibt. Ich habe der Vermittlungsagentur mitgeteilt, dass das für mich und meine Freunde inakzeptabel ist, worauf hin schwammig reagiert wurde, dass wenn ich storniere, eine Kostenerstattung und die Suche nach einem adäquaten Haus erst geprüft werden muss. Für mich war das kurz vor Reisebeginn wenig hilfreich, sodass wir uns mit dem Wohnzimmer als Schlafplatz arrangierten, was umständlich und eng war. Laut der Agentur trägt der Vermieter die alleinige Verantwortung für den Inhalt des Inserates. Der Vermieter hat mir jedoch deutlich mitteilte, dass er keine Fehler gemacht habe und auch keine Verantwortung dafür übernehme. Fehler können passieren, dass jedoch keiner der Beteiligten um eine rasche und unbürokratische Schadensregulierung bemüht ist, ist sehr bedauerlich.

Fantastische Lage

Schönes Haus an fantastischer Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht. Ende April / Anfang Mai ist es sehr ruhig, vieles ist noch geschlossen, dafür auch ruhig an den Stränden etc. Wir vermissten Stühle / Liegestühle auf dem hinteren Sitzplatz (bei den Schlafzimmern), ansonsten war im Haus alles Tipp-Topp.

Das Haus und dessen Lage ist einfach nur schön. Sämtliche inserierten Fotos entsprechen dem Objekt und seine Lage. Ausgesprochen sauber, geräumig und sämtliche Dinge, die im eigenen Haushalt zu finden sind, finden sich auch hier. Dies ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit in einer Ferienunterkunft. Die An- und Abreise ist unkompliziert. Der Vermieter meldete sich stets sofort per EMAIL ( telefonische Kontaktaufnahme wäre auch möglich gewesen) vom Zeitpunkt der Buchung bis zur Durchführung der Reise. Fragen wurden alle absolut zufriedenstellend beantwortet.

La casa è molto bella e sopratutto ventilata, il che d' estate è una cosa splendida perché abbiamo fatto a meno di usare l' aria condizionata. La posizione è splendida, la vista incantevole. La signora Antonella, che ha fatto il check in, è gentilissima, amichevole e disponibile. Abbiamo passato una sendida vacanza. Le uniche cose che si potrebbero migliorare sono quelle rispetto all' annuncio: le camere da letto non sono 3 ma due e l' accesso internet è limitato. Noi avevamo bisogno di avere più ore di internet disponibili, per questioni di lavoro e di studio. Il problema è stato brillantemente risolto ma all' inizio ci siamo un po' preoccupati perché questo punto non era stato specificato. Comunque assolutamente da consigliare. Bellissima.

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang

Wir haben 9 Nächte in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Absolut genial ist die Aussicht aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang sowie der mediterrane Garten mit den Steinen, welche abends beleuchtet werden. Die Terrasse hat einen grossen Esstisch und eine chillige Sitz-Lounge. Ausserdem führt eine Treppe auf die unmöblierte Dachterrasse, wovon der Ausblick noch etwas weiter reicht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet, genügend Besteck, Gläser, Pfannen, etc., sogar die nötigsten Gewürze, Essig und Öl. Drinnen gibt es einen Esstisch, welchen man ausziehen kann. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine inkl. Waschmittel, Lappen, Tüchern, etc. vorhanden. Das Bad, welches direkt ans Elternschlafzimmer grenzt, besitzt eine Dusche, das andere Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Duschkopf (es fehlt ein Duschvorhang). Fön, Handtücher und Toilettenpapier waren vorhanden. Das Doppelhaus besitzt keinen Pool, es gibt jedoch ein öffentliches Schwimmbad direkt unten am Strand von Santa Reparata. Als wir im Oktober da waren, war dieses jedoch bereits geschlossen, ebenfalls der Supermarkt und sämtliche Restaurants im Ort. Man muss für Besorgungen ins nahe Santa Teresa di Gallura fahren. Die beiden Doppelhaushälften sind gut voneinander abgegrenzt. Man hört jedoch die Nachbarn (z.B. Klospülung). WLAN war gut, ist jedoch auf 4GB pro Monat begrenzt. Die Übergabe mit Patrizia hat sehr gut funktioniert. Sie spricht nur Italienisch. Giuliano antwortete wirklich jeweils superschnell auf unsere Nachrichten, er spricht sehr gut Englisch. Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter wirklich sehr empfehlen.

With our family of 5 we spent 2 wonderful weeks in this beautiful villa with a fantastic sea-view. + fantastic view + beautiful villa with large terrace and large roof terrace + good working air conditioners + since there is no pool, the beautiful outdoor shower offers enough cooling + good and uncomplicated telephone support by the owner. All inquiries were answered and solved immediately. + only 5 minutes to a beautiful beach - the description doesn´t mention that it is a two-family house - the entertainment program of the hotel on the beach (500m away) is good to hear in the evening - here and then electrical fuse cuts down, but you can switch it on again yourself All in all very recommendable. We'd iove to come back.

Sehr schönes Zweifamilienhaus

Wir haben drei wundervolle und unvergessliche Wochen in diesem Haus/in dieser Gegend verbracht. Das Haus bietet wirklich alles! Es war alles sehr sauber. Der eigne Parkplatz ist auch für ein grosses Fahrzeug geeignet. Der Besitzer antwortet innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf alle Fragen; wir durften sogar unsere Check-Out-Zeit später ansetzen. Wir hoffen, dass wir eines Tages wiederkommen können.
