Amplio plano de planta abierto en el primer piso con techos de diez pies y acabados personalizados. La sala de estar cuenta con un gran televisor de pantalla plana con sofá cama Queen. El comedor cuenta con una gran mesa de comedor de la granja con asientos para toda la familia con banquetas en un lado.

La cocina es una delicia para los amantes de la cocina con encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, electrodomésticos KitchenAid, escritorio integrado con acceso a WiFi y está abierto al comedor y la sala. Otras características incluyen una máquina de hielo y refrigerador de vino. Encontrará el primero de los cuatro dormitorios en la planta baja. Family Vacation

Perfect house for our family of 8! The house had everything needed for dinner nights in and it was a short distance from a few great restaurants! The golf cart and bikes made it an easy trip to the beach. The pool/pool house was a great way to end our days on the beach! We highly recommend this house!

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The property matched the pictures except the outdoor furniture was much more "tired" than when the pictures were originally taken. We stayed for two weeks and had several issues (stalled golf cart, empty propane tanks, furnace stopped working) within the first couple days. The management company, Oversee, was outstanding in responding quickly and professionally. All issues were corrected in a timely manner and the remainder of our stay was great. We had the pool heated which was perfect as we could swim even when the temperature was 40 degrees. There were 7 people in our group and the home fit us well. Each couple having their own bathroom was a plus and the beds were very comfortable. The golf cart worked well for daily trips to the beach. The Red Fish Taco restaurant is across the 30A highway and down just a bit (within walking distance) and we enjoyed drinks while listening to the nightly live music. We also sat on the balcony on the front of the house and enjoyed the music from there. Since we stayed the second half of February, we felt like we had the whole area to ourselves as the crowds do not start inhabiting the Santa Rosa Beach area until mid-March. We would recommend this property and plan to return next year.

Great for Families

This property was great. Proximity to the beach was good and the golf cart made it so easy. Well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. The space was great for large groups- plenty of seating and entertainment space and 2 washers/dryers. The outdoor space was partially shaded, so great for some and the outdoor entertainment area was perfect for evenings. We have stayed on 30A several times, but I loved the pact of crowds in this area. The only thing I would recommend for the home is washcloths for bathrooms and better/more toilet paper. If I was picky I would have liked beach service as part of the rental as the public area is small- but this is available to purchase. All in all we would definitely return.

Best Family Beach House!!

We visit the 30a area every year. This home is by far the best. Kids 15-6 loved the foosball, bunk room and pool. The large table fit all 9 of us for big family dinners. Comfortable beds, great lighting, labeled drawers and light switches! The very best part was the short walk to blue mountain beach, coffee shop virtually across the street. I could go on…great property management!

Family vacation

Really great property - outside area was perfect with two families of little kids. Beach was extremely walkable and golf cart made getting to restaurants easy. House was beautiful and well stocked.

Great location

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants. Backyard was a bit tore up from the storm the previous day but only took a minute to clean up. Pool heater was not turned on for 2 days and had to ask the pool guy who came to turn it on to clean the pool but he did it quickly and it was sparkling clean. Never got really warm but it was refreshing when it needed to be so all good. Beds were comfortable and really liked the guest bedroom on the first level.

Enjoyable fall break!

We enjoyed everything about the house. It was perfect for our group which included 9 people and two families. We really enjoyed the pool house. The only complaint was there was no service for the pool house TV. We were able to connect it to our own phone based wifi router and use it thought. They were trying to get a new cable box but not in time for us to use it.

Very dirty

Great location but the property was dirty. The pool house and pool area had cigarette butts and ashes all over and broken glass from the fire pit. The lights outback didn't work around the pool. There were ants crawling around everywhere and the beds felt dirty as well. The dishwasher smelled of rotten milk and the coffee pots had extremely old coffee grounds in it still. The AC stopped working on day 1. The property manager did send someone right away to fix it. The shower went back and forth from scolding hot to freezing cold. The golf cart is very old and we had to fill up the tires at a local bike shop otherwise it was a very unstable and unsafe mode of transportation. The cleaning crew left bags of linens on the front porch the entire stay and noone came to clean the pool. Not worth the money.

Kitchen sink had not been clean. Dirty sheets were left in living room cabinets. Reported this to management. Two of four bikes were broken did not receive 2 more bikes until ThursdaY. oNLY TV THAT worked was in living room. Management was wonderful and did all they could do correct problems. We have stayed at your home many times and hope to return when we vacation in Blue Mountain again

Thanksgiving trip

We've been to the Blue Mountain/Santa Rosa beach several times. This house was in a great location with easy access to the beach via bike/golf cart. The outdoor area was fantastic and a great place to hang out. However, there were several issues that need correcting--we stayed 10 days and the internet hardly ever worked like we needed it. This had been brought up in other reviews as well. We were constantly resetting the router but it never really worked great. Definitely consider this if you are planning on working while staying there, doing Zoom calls, etc. Also, several of the TV's had issues connecting or would only pick up a few channels. Overall, the property is in a great location but needs some TLC to bring it up to what I would consider a premium property.

Great house and location!

My family and I had a very relaxing vacation. The house was great! Exactly how it was described in the write-up. Pool was nice and the backyard space was a lot of fun! My kids loved the foosball table! Would highly recommend!

Great Family Vacation Rebtal

We loved this home. It was beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved riding in the golf cart to the beach and back and then jumping in the pool. The adults did, too! The rental agency was very responsive to our few requests. A great family vacation!

We arrived to dirty house. There was broken galss on the floor of one bathrooms which had not been cleaned, a thick layer of dust on a bedroom ceiling fan, a broken window bind, a 20 year old stove with a non-functioning burner, a broken cabinet with the door hanging off the hinges, garbage in with the dirty beach gear and pieces of a kids craft all over the floor of the covered outdoor space. The WiFi never worked. The property management was poor. They sent one person on our second day. He cleaned the ceiling fan, duct taped the window blind and said he needed to send a handyman to the house. We never heard anything or saw anyone for the rest of the trip. Day three we were notified we were being refunded $250 because the wifi doesn't work. The only thing they communicated well was what we had to do at checkout. So the two fabulous cooks with us had to work with three old burners and oven which couldn't get to temperature. We had people miss scheduled zoom meetings and struggle to submit work documents and sat with no television because of thr Wifi. I would suggest buying a new stove, upgrading WiFi and firing the property manager.

Wonderful beach home!

We absolutely love La-Merathon! The house is lovely, just a couple of blocks from the beach, and literally next door to the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery (the best coffee and donuts anywhere). The thing we love most is the outdoor living space, with the pool, fire pit, grill and pool house. This was our second stay in this house, and we cannot wait to visit again.

Beautiful property, but several issues

The house was beautiful and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect. The golf cart, bikes, and beach/pool things in the garage were a nice addition. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook in. Also the pool house is an absolute oasis! However, when we arrived on Saturday, the pool was filthy and filled with algae. We called that day for service, and no one came until Monday. After multiple treatments on several days, the pool was finally clear and we were able to swim the day before we left. The company gave us a small refund, but what we wanted was to be able to swim during our 7 day stay. The main reason we booked this home was for the private pool. Also the sheets in the bunk bed room were not changed. When we pulled back the comforter, there was sand in all the beds. The garage door also broke when we were there so we had to manually put it up and down the entire stay. Also the upstairs shower would not drain. I understand things break when you own a house so that was not a big deal. We would not book this rental again due to the many issues we had.

great Beach house

Property was clean and as pictured on website. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The private pool was nice to take a quick dip. Having the golf cart was key to lugging all the items to the beach. I found the house had all the cooking items, towels, etc that we needed. Distance to beach and to other points of interest were good. We loved staying within walking distance to the creamery on the corner! We also enjoyed the quiet and peace in Blue Mountain compared to Seaside or Watercolor.

Great place to stay and relax with the family

The property was as shown in the pictures. Great space and a lovely place to stay. The outside pool and garden house was a brilliant extra to the property and we really enjoyed that area. The children loved the pool and having it heated meant we could use it from early morning to late evening in January. Would definitely stay again and was happy that the property was up to the standard shown as we came all the way from Cornwall in the UK to stay at blue mountain/ Santa Rosa. The golf cart was amazing to have and use around the local area. Thanks
