The Space:

Welcome to Off The Hook by Kismet Properties of 30A!

This dog-friendly, single-story cottage sits just minutes from the beach and Gulf Place, making it an easy, relaxed home base for the whole family — furry members included. The fenced-in backyard gives dogs room to roam, while the fully equipped kitchen and large Smart TV keep everyone comfortable indoors. When it's time for the beach, four bikes and a full beach gear set-up make getting there simple.

Bedroom 1 – 1st Floor – King Bed – Private Bath (Shower)

Bedroom 2 – 1st Floor – 2 Twin Beds – Hall Bath (Shower/Tub Combo)

Kitchen & Dining:

Fully equipped kitchen with a K-Cup and drip coffee maker — ready for cooking in during your stay.

Golf Cart Rental (Optional, Third-Party):

Kismet has partnered with 30A Cart Rentals to offer a discounted 6-seater golf cart on-site. This program is run entirely by 30A Cart Rentals — Kismet Properties doesn't manage bookings or maintenance for the cart.

What We Provide (Starter Supplies):

Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest

Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom

Note: These are starter supplies for your arrival and are not restocked during your stay. For longer stays, we recommend packing extras or picking some up nearby — full suggestions are in your digital guidebook.



Baby Gear & Beach Equipment:

Beach Equipment: 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach cooler provided

Old Florida Village: A quaint, gated community of cottage-style homes just minutes from Gulf Place, on the north side of Scenic Highway 30A. Professionally managed by Kismet Properties of 30A.



Getting Around:

Beach Access: Spooky Lane Beach Access — about a 10-minute walk

Dining & Coffee: Shunk Gulley, Gulfview Snack Shack and Goatfeathers are both within walking distance, along with the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place (0.7 miles)

Groceries & Essentials: Publix at South Walton is roughly a 10-minute drive.

Pet Policy: Dog friendly — all dogs must be approved, 2 dog limit, $175 fee per dog.

No parties or events

Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
