Waterside is lovely!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great, it’s my second time in it. You can’t beat the location. Beds are comfy. The grill outside is too old and beyond use, the oven isn’t reliable-doesn’t stay heated at temp you set it too, and the dehumidifier fan upstairs makes a loud noise and cuts on and off automatically so a few times in the night it would wake us and we’d get up to turn it off. Nothing major, but worth noting. Again, I love the house and you can’t beat the location.

Spring Break ‘22

Property was perfect for what we wanted/needed for this vacation. Location was great. Home was very accommodating for the needs of all ages in our group. Porches were great to enjoy the beautiful weather but also provided privacy. We will rent this one again!

Our family of 5 had such a great time staying in Waterside! It's a such a warm perfect beach house. The location is everything. The home is noticeably older but so charming. We absolutely will get it again!

Perfect location

By far the easiest vacation we’ve taken as a family. Beach right across the street, a little shopping & eating just steps away. Soooo easy & relaxing. House was very clean, communication was superb. The only downfall for us was the beds. We were hurting after a few nights sleeping on those beds but our stay was still enjoyable! There is a park at the back of the neighborhood to take your kid(s) to as well! Everything is in very close vicinity to make your trip easy & relaxing. Location is perfect!
