PARKING: No vehicles including golf carts are allowed to park on landscaping, grassy areas, empty lots or sidewalks. There is no overflow parking available within the community and parking on the street is strictly prohibited. The neighborhood association employs the use of a Tire Tag system for vehicle booting. With this system, the non-compliant vehicle will have a Tire Tag device placed on the spoke of their vehicle. This device can only be removed by the offending vehicle owner logging onto a website, paying a $195 processing fee and getting the code to remove the device. Instructions for removal will be left with the tagged vehicles.

This cottage did not disappoint. The location was a perfect hidaway, yet so close to main attractions. The property waa clean, refreshing and perfect for relaxing on the screened porch. Our family will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay in 30A
My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days to escape the midwest for a bit and soak up the last few weeks of summer. The place was more than we could ask for. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was great to hang out in and binge tv on a rainy day and the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Super close to the beach and away from the noise. Tons of awesome restaurants/bars nearby. Will definitely stay here again!
This property was great! Very clean and easy to get to. Parking right out the front door. Only a short walk to the pool and short drive to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The host responded very quickly to my questions. We would definitely stay again!! Thank you!!
This home was perfect for our family of three (and it would have accommodated a few more), and it was even better than I imagined. It was very clean and well equipped. We loved eating our meals on the covered porch, and the pool area was very nice! We did have some issues with the cable/internet but their communication was excellent and we were able to get it resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend this property—we will be returning!

A little piece of heaven
Beautiful home, perfect for a nice getaway by the beach! The house is nicely decorated and clean so you will feel thee beach vibes as soon as you enter the home. Felt very welcomed with music playing upon entry. I loved enjoying coffee and breakfast on the back porch which is screened in. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a nice pool and amenities to enjoy. A quick walk or ride to the beach and local restaurants. Met lots of nice people throughout my visit.
Owners manual had everything needed for information and recommendations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would love to stay again! Thank you for a lovely stay and a little piece of heaven on 30A!
This property works well for 4 adults.. Nice screened in porch with privacy especially while the lot next to it is still vacant and full of trees. The back porch needs pressure washed due to mold. Washer needs to be replaced!!! The beds were very comfortable however, all the bed pillows need replaced due to wear and odor! Several cooking sheets need replaced. As previous property owners on 30A for 13 yrs we would have appreciated feedback from our guests.. Overall our stay was good and Sky Run property management was very good in accommodating our needs for linens and beach towels due to the absence of a reliable washer!!
House was dirty. Master bathroom was filthy. Floors and baseboards were nasty. Shower had mildew/mold and hair on the walls. There was food under the table and it had grim on it. It was over 90 when we first arrived like the air hadn't been on for a while, which took ALL to cool down. The floors in the kitchen were wavy like the floor joists or subfloor was worped.
Our bungalow was spacious, bright and cheery. Master beds were very comfortable. Location was great. Pool area was a surprise in term of pool size and design, accompanying large hot rectangular "tub" and covered eating and grilling area.What made the stay special was the personal effort by SkyRun to make sure they did everything possible to make our stay a great one. Case in point. Our cable was not working which meant no TV or internet. Keith form SkyRun spent 6 hours trying to get it fixed before our arrival. When unsuccessful, he made sure the cable company came out on the Monday after the Friday we arrived. The problem turned out to be a cut line by construction work in the neighborhood. WIthout Keith's persistence and effort we probably would not have had internet the whole visit. We also got financial reimbursement for the inconvenience. They were also readily available to address a couple minor concerns I had.This above and beyond effort speaks volumes to me about SkyRun. I will be renting with them again.

Beautiful Beach Vacation Home
We loved this house in Santa Rosa Beach! Beautifully decorated, lovely amenities, super clean, and really nice for hanging out on vacation. Easy access location not far from the beach in a quiet neighborhood community. Plenty of kitchen cookware and gadgets for cooking meals. Really nice large screened porch. Highly recommend.

Great location/ Staff/ and Experience!
Sky Run is a great company and this house is taken care of exceptionally well. Very well appointed and nicely laid out and taken care of. Great presentation upon entering house. Great community pool area to use, look out tower was fun to see the whole area and its half a mile to bike to the beach and some good restaurants and Blue Mountain Bakery. It was a great time and we will return to this area!
