Wonderful stay

We have stayed at Gulf Place for many years but this is by far the best unit that we have ever stayed. Everything was perfect and we look forward to going back.

Great Family vacation !

The property was just as listed. Other than the elevator, washer and dryer, and parking problems . It was a wonderful stay.

Perfect for two!

Great location! We parked our car when we arrived and didn't get back in it until we left. Easy walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby. Such a nice, comfortable condo with everything we needed. Just right for our first 'empty nest' trip to the beach.

A perfect week

My wife and I had a relaxing week in the cozy Fanta Sea on 30A. Great location to relax on the deck with a great view of the Gulf and an easy walk to shops and great restaurants. Already signed up for two weeks next year.

Quick Getaway

My husband and I booked a quick getaway, and this condo was perfect!! Wonderful communication and easy check in and condo access. Amazing location right across from the beach, and close to several restaurant choices. Property was just as described, beautiful, super clean, and with a very comfortable bed! Loved every minute of my time at 30A!!

Perfect location

We were attending a wedding and the condo was a perfect fit for us. Everything was as posted on the description. It was just what we needed for the 2 of us. Everything was in walking distance for us as well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful clean bright lovely. Had every amenity. Close to everything. Car not needed. Bike rentals, good restaurants, a bit of nice shopping and gorgeous beach just a walk away.
