The home was clean and perfect for a family of 7. Great location. The golf cart was definitely necessary and worked out well for the family. The kitchen was well supplied. The porch is what we looked forward to and overall very good but the cushions need a good cleaning and batteries for the candles. Like the inside of the home a wipe down was needed. Same for the area where the grill and the fireplace pit are. The grill is very expensive and could use the same service that is afforded the pool. There was a pool service cleaner that came by mid week to clean the bottom but the vegetation from trees near the pool were back in a day. Skimmer is there but does not really help to get the bottom debris up. The backyard did have that oasis feel but definitely needs to be kept on top off to maintain and match the same level as inside. The property did not disappoint and we were impressed with communication, check-in and amenities left in the kitchen and bathrooms. My husband and I are career hoteliers so maybe we are a little more focused on attention to detail where the experience inside matches the experience outside.
