Location and the house were perfect.

We got away for part of spring break 25' to Seaside and wanted to be close to the beach and the square. All was great. We ran into a small problem and the management team was on it asap. Highly recommend the place. Can't compare the charm and the location to others.

The perfect get away!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My best friend and I decided to get away last minute. I found this precious house and will be reserving it well in advance in the future. It was approximately a 5 minute walk to the private beach and about the same to the square. The house was beyond precious and the staff treated us like we were family. Every little detail was met.

Not a great stay

The place was cute and as pictured. It was located across the street from the beach and right next to the main road. It was very loud at night, we did not sleep well. There were large roaches in the kitchen. We called about it the first night and we’re given some bug spray and large roach traps.

Great Little Cotttage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect cottage for my husband and me and our two kids. It had everything we needed and a great location. The only thing I would mention is that if you have a big SUV, this is not the cottage to stay in. So the “parking space” is in front of your cottage, but in a small alley. Other cottages have to use this alley to park as well. The way other guests park, there is no way to turn around so you have to back out onto 30A to leave. 30A is always busy so that was not fun. Also, our internet did not work for 4 days so we couldn’t watch TV at night.

While the home was a little on the small side, it was very clean, well decorated and couldn’t have been in a better location!! Some strategically placed hooks, baskets, etc would go a long way (i.e. a place to hang up towels when back from the beach, put sandy shoes in, etc). Kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were nice and comfy!The shower was not draining properly our entire stay and it was hard to work the dishwasher with no labels on any of the buttons. Other than those things, a lovely experience!!

Great Stay in Seaside at Mis B' Haven

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay in Seaside....again. Have been on several occasions, but its been a few years. The Mis B' Haven property was as described, and the location was great...literally right across 30A from the beach. Parking for the property was a little challenging because it is on an alley with a couple adjoining properties, but we figured it out! Loved walking and riding bikes around the entirety of Seaside, scoping out properties for our next visit. And when you're on vacation and in Florida, it's all about seafood for dinner. Red Bar in Grayton Beach, Fish Out Of Water and Bud & Alley's are a few of our favorites. Most definitely would recommend Seaside in general as a destination, this property and Homeowner's Collection to friends and relatives. We'll be back!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in 30a. The house was well maintained, good about of amenities in the kitchen, furniture and bedding were in good condition and a good amount of seating for 3 guests. It would be helpful if the property had instructions on how to use the appliances as the dishwasher was tricky as so was the lock on the main door. The house location was very convenient to the beach and the downtown area. Renter beware if you are renting in the summer months! Due to its proximity to the main road, crowds of teens pillage the streets till the late hours of the night. They are extremely loud. Do not leave belongs outside as they will steal them even if they are out of view from the road. Also, there is no parking at the house so you will have to find parking along 30a which was difficult.

Love Seaside but not this house

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No Parking at this house! House had BIG ROACHES!! Roof leaks in heavy rain! Rental Agency could not be reached even though they gave after hours numbers and even sent a text saying if I needed anything I could respond to the text . Tried that too and either no response or a day later! Also, house was not clean. Sand was all in the tub. Pillow case had lipstick on it, had to be washed before we could sleep on it. Bathroom mirror was ver dirty. Double bed squeaks if you just barely move any part of your body.

Our First Time using Homeowners and going to Seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me first say that booking our rental was so easy! The week prior to us arriving, I received a text message letting me know what I needed to finalize and a link directly to the form. I responded to the text with a question and received a response right away. Prior to our arrival, we had already been sent the door code and any other pertinent information we needed. About an hour after we arrived, someone from the management company came by to make sure we got in ok and to see if we had any questions. Throughout our stay, I had a few questions that I was able to text and every time received a reply very quickly. We were also sent a text message about the Easter celebration taking place. It included all the details needed for us to get there on time for our daughter’s age group’s Easter egg hunt. Aside from those things, the house was clean when we arrived and there were plenty of towels for our family. There was also a small bag of dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. We also had everything we needed to cook breakfast and ample utensils, plates, and cups. We have one suggestion- it would have been super nice to have salt and pepper there. Again a very minor issue! The drain in the bath/shower was very slow so when you showed water would fill up in the bottom. It didn’t prevent us from being able to shower or give our daughter a bath though. Overall we had the most amazing experience with Homeowners and in Seaside! I have told everyone I know that they need to plan a vacation with Homeowners to Seaside. We will definitely be back! My 3 year old cried the day we had to leave for the airport. For what it’s worth, she loved our rental house too!

Mis B’Haven was perfect for our young family of 4

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Mis B’Haven. It was our first time to Seaside so we weren’t sure what to expect but it perfect for us. It’s located directly on 30A and literally right across the street from the Tupelo pavilion so beach access was incredibly easy with a 4 and 7 year old. It’s also just a few blocks from seasides many food trucks, shopping and other dining. We rented bikes but didn’t even use them because everything was so close. The only thing more we could have hoped for is another bathroom but we managed just fine.

Girls/Senior Trip

The cottage is adorable and in a great location to walk down to the square. It had great light and just a fun cute place. Only negatives were that parking was very tight and it is right on 30A, so pedestrian traffic was pretty heavy and could be a little loud at night. We kept the side blinds lowered. We all enjoyed it and would stay here again.
