We loved our stay. The unit has a private beach so it’s not busy. The area of town is very nice and beachy. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful updated condo. Very clean, awesome views. Quiet, family oriented. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Easy access to beach. Our family had a great time!!! Nice size swimming pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is updated and in a good location (walking distance to Cafe 30-A) and about 1.5 miles from the Seaside shops and restaurants. You do have to get out early to get the beach chairs that are included due to how the beach service works. The condo is on the second floor and right above the pool. We didn’t have any noise issues, however.

Spring Break Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great for spring break. Family of 4. 2 teens. Kids were able to bike as it was centrally located. Loved the $250 bike rental voucher. Not as “cute” as seaside area but not as expensive either. Pool was nice and warm. Quick walk down steps to the beach. Walking distance to Tom Thumb so that was nice. Dishwasher didn’t work so that was the only big issue really.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a great location. Convenient to restaurants and grocery. Also had great beach and views. The big downside was the room was not very clean. There was sand piled up on the table and chairs when we walked in. The bathroom toilet was not clean and there was an old razor in the floor and lots of other trash throughout. It was clear it had been spot cleaned in places and untouched in others. Overall I would not stay here again unless it was all that was available.
