Beautiful Clean home in amazing location

Thank you for sharing you wonderful home with our family this week. It was beautiful, super clean and well stocked with all the kitchen items as well as beach items one would need. We especially enjoyed our time sitting on your porch with the pond and fountain in the evenings. Hope we are fortunate enough to return for another stay. We love 30A and this was a great location.

We had a great week in a great house. Everything was exactly as listed. The location was close enough to the square and an easy route ti Destin.

Exactly as pictured. Beautiful home near all the 30A action, but a quiet oasis. Clean and well stocked. We had an amazing visit.

Everything You Need

This property has it all. Minutes to the beach, all the beach supplies you need, and very well equipped kitchen. A beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood with a pool, playground, and trails.

Beautiful Home and Community

This home is gorgeous and clean and had everything we needed. The location in Naturewalk was great. Central to all the fun of 30A, however just far enough away to be peaceful. Loved the bikes and backpack chairs...used them on the trail to avoid parking issues at the beach...very short bike ride. Will stay again.

Family spent Thanksgiving at Beach Bliss and we had an amazing time. Home was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured and had a fully stocked kitchen for our holiday meal. The bikes, the location and home were perfect. The team at Coastal Dreamin' were easy to work with. Will come back for sure.

Lovely Home

My family enjoyed staying at the house & in the Naturewalk community. Close proximity to Seaside, but still quiet privacy in this location. The home was beautifully decorated. The porch & walk out balcony were perfect for relaxing. We used the bikes everyday. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous home in beautiful Naturewalk

I have stayed in NW before but this home and its location was special. Had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Loved riding the bikes on the trails and the backpack chairs came in handy riding the bikes to the beach (which was like 5 min ride) Cant wait to visit again next year. Thanks for hosting us in your lovely home.

Decided to come back for a short stay this summer and once again thank you for exceeding expectations. Appreciated your well stocked and clean home. The extra soaps, bags, etc are a nice touch. As usual the Naturewalk community is lovely and the beaches stunning. Until The next time……

Excellent, would highly recommend

We had a great stay at this home. Beautiful decor and was stocked with everything we needed. Loved the bikes and being able to easily ride anywhere. The beautiful porch deck with views of the pond were the perfect start to my day with my morning coffee. Will be back soon.

Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful clean and well-stocked home. Elegant but comfortable. Really enjoyed riding the bikes everywhere. Even had a cart to tow gear. The location in Naturewalk was ideal. It's own little oasis on the pond, tranquil and short walk to the pools. And peaceful. Easy bike ride to beach. Highly recommend.

Fun in the sun

The place was exactly what we were looking for. The hole had so many nice touches for our experience that we appreciated. The bikes, games, and other amenities truly made our stay feel like a vacation. The house was as clean as we could have hoped with no issues from a maintenance perspective. The home also provided us with a list of food/entertainment ideas that we followed and absolutely adored. I don't write reviews often but I want to pay homage to one of our favorite vacations in a proper manner. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful vacation at Beach Bliss with Coastal Dreamin!

We really enjoyed all of the amenities of Beach Bliss as well as all the extras provided by Coastal Dreamin! It was really nice to have everything from dish pods to laundry pods and toilet paper provided. They also sent extra toilet paper when we requested it! We've used several rental agencies in 30A. This was the first time we've had all of the kitchen & bathroom & laundry items provided in large enough quantities to get us through our full stay! The included bikes are always wonderful, as bikes are a big part of our vacation time in 30A. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was also very well stocked throughout, from the kitchen to the garage with tons of beach gear! Highly recommend both Beach Bliss and Coastal Dreamin!

House was not cleaned!

Upon checking in I used the half bathroom after our long drive and was greeted by the most disgusting pile of what appeared to be feces on the floor at the base of the toilet! It was the first thing I saw when I walked into the bathroom, so how is it possible that the house cleaner missed it prior to our check in? The house was supposed to be cleaned before our check in and Beachwalk Vacation Rentals also said they inspected the house. NOT TRUE! This property charges premium rates and as such they should have much higher standards than to allow something very visible like this to occur. They did send someone to clean the bathroom within an hour, but they were very dismissive of the disgusting mess and said it was powder and not feces. I'm at a lost as to what type of brown powder would mysteriously be at the base of a toilet or why it wouldn't have been cleaned up before our arrival. Given this initial experience, I had no confidence in anything else being clean in the house e.g. sheets, towels, dishes, etc., since their cleaning practices are substandard. By the way, they charge an exorbitant cleaning fee, which just adds insult to injury that the home was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival! Parking was a challenge as there is only room for 2 cars, so if 3 families are sharing the house there is no street parking for a third car. For seniors or those with bad knees, the toilets are very low to the ground, like a kindergarten chair height. On a more positive note, the home's decor was exactly as the pictures indicated and has a very comfortable vibe. Beautiful lake to enjoy from the front porch. Unfortunately, I would not rent this or any other property again that is managed by Beachwalk Vacations given their lack of quality control in their cleaning practices and unwillingness to offer some concession for our unpleasant experience.

Wonderful house!

Great place! Big space with lots of great kitchen supplies, games and beach accessories. Loved the golf cart too! Would definitely come back to stay!

Great House and Location

Property is great! Beaches and restaurants are very crowded. Can’t imagine what summer and spring break windows are like!

Family vacation

It was a great place to stay while visiting Seaside. Not too far from the beach, or from town. Publix is very close. The golf cart was great to go anywhere we wanted to go. The house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone!

Management Company Needs Improvement

House was fine except for the upstairs A/C unit and sleeper sofa. A/C upstairs went out the second night. I called management company no less than 6 times Monday to get a repair man there to the check unit. 3 bedrooms and 7 people hot upstairs all night and until 5:00 pm on Monday when the repair man showed up. It did not seem to be high on their priority list and I never received a call for an update from the management company. I feel if I had not kept calling we would have been hot a third night and day too. The sleeper sofa upstairs’s frame is bent so it will not fold out. We had to take the mattress off of it and put it on the floor to sleep our child. We did enjoy the bikes and golf cart. Town was way over crowded, there is no parking and everything in this area is over priced. Overall is was a nice getaway for our family. We will opt for a less crowded area that is closer to the beach next family vacation.

Fantastic Rental

We had two families stay at this home. It was a great location and lived up to the pictures. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart and bikes to be able to get around to the different areas of 30A, as well as to the beach. We had 9 people in our group and had more than enough room. It is a little ways from the beach, but we didn’t mind the golf cart or bike ride to get there. Sitting on the front porch overlooking the pond was a nice way to drink my coffee in the morning. Overall this is a great place to stay when in 30A!

Wonderful house

Loved staying at this house! It looks just like the pictures. In a very nice community. Close to the beach and nice restaurants. Very close to the Publix grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.
