It has no adjoining units, resulting in a beautifully quiet and restful vacation with lots of fun activities, delicious, various food and dessert choices nearby. This newly renovated condo has all-new plank flooring, new textured reed blinds, updated bathrooms, new paint/carpets/furniture, and is a perfectly beautiful spot for your family or friends to enjoy the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. The Blue Mountain community is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you. This complex borders the beautiful Redfish Lake and provides a boardwalk and overlook pavilion to explore the surrounding nature and soak in all the scenery.

BEACH ACCESS: Private beach access, about a 3-block walk (has restrooms, & shower) just east of Blue Mountain Regional public. This beach access, has parking, coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. 5 day stay at the beach was very enjoyable and relaxing. This property was exactly as it appears online, beautifully decorated and well equipped if you plan to cook in while there. The distance to the beach is not far, and very nice to have private beach access. Would choose to stay at this property again.

All around great trip. Nice condo very clean just a short walk to the beach. Well stocked with everything we needed including cooking stuff and everything for heading out to the beach. Was pleasantly surprised at the included bonfire, I missed it because I stayed at the condo with our baby but my husband and kids really enjoyed it. I look forward to coming back and getting to go to one. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautifully decorated condo. Spacious and very clean. Community pool was nice with a set of gas grills we used. The location was great being only a couple blocks from beach. There were many restaurants choices within 5-10 minutes driving distance. The beach was lovely and well kept but crowded. We would stay here again.

Even a rainy day at the beach is a good day!

Rained 2 of our 3 days but that didn't stop the relaxation 30A Kinda Day brought us! It was the perfect getaway for the two of us! We played card games, enjoyed take out from some of our favorite local places Blue Mabel and Pizza By The Sea. Condo was amazing. So beautifully decorated! Bed and pillows were so comfy!! Outdoor balcony was cozy and a perfect spot for morning coffee. Everything you need for your vacation is here! Convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed biking to the Perfect Pig for brunch in Gulf Place on Sunday and finishing our day with a book at central square in Seaside. Lovely lovely time!

I’d stay here again!

The unit was beautiful, roomy & it was a great location overlooking the pool. The patio furniture was comfy & everything inside was very well decorated & clean. The drawback was the early morning mowing & leaf blowing that started before 8. Take that away & it would be excellent!!! Mattresses were very comfortable & kitchen was well stocked with all necessities for cooking & baking. Great location- we walked & rode bikes to some shops & restaurants. 30A beachgirls were very helpful & gave daily beach updates & suggestions for rainy day activities. They were very responsive to text communication. Original description said 4 bikes were included with unit but that was not accurate.

The location is fantastic. It's a short walk to the beach with a luxurious private beach entrance (with bathrooms and showers). The “warm pool” isn't quite a hot tub, but it was an awesome alternative to the pool while it was chilly. It's large enough for a few families to hang out comfortably. The home itself is huge, clean, and very comfortable.

Perfect stay

We cannot say enough good things about 30aBeach Girls and their staff! Our condo was spotless with fresh flowers and detailed instructions regarding our stay. This beautiful top floor condo has no attached condos on either side. The condo has everything you might need during your stay - wonderful mattresses, gel pillows, extra pillows, extra blankets, and a fully stocked kitchen. The parking garage with designated space, spacious balcony, huge heated pool with bathrooms, kids playground and tree space with lawn games all made it so fun. We took lunch down the accessible boardwalk to the picnic table at Little Redfish lake on the resort property. We also used one of the large gas grills to cookout one night. Everything we needed was within walking distance - 6 restaurants, organic grocery store with sundries, a convenience store/gas station, ice cream and of course, the beach with locked private access and bathrooms. Thank you, 30a Beach Girls! Memories made!

Great week in 30A Kinda Day!

Our family had a great week in 30A Kinda Day. The condo was perfectly sized for everyone to spread out and the decor was very pleasant and relaxing. We loved the convenience of the private entrance to Blue Mountain Beach, which was also a fairly quiet beach which we appreciated. Redfish Village was also a great property and we frequently stopped into Redfish Taco for drinks and snacks. Highly recommended!

Perfect Oasis

Oasis- place of calm in the midst of chaos... when life is hectic and you need time away this is the place to be! The entire village was so peaceful. This unit has a gorgeous view of the pool and the lake. The 2 Kings beds were amazing, the mattresses were top quality and even the pillows the best we've ever slept on. Also there is a double bunk room that is fabulously furnished as well. Closets have plenty of storage space and so many drawers in all 3 bedrooms that allow you to completely unpack and feel at home for the week. The unit was incredibly clean and had a fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies needed to cook full meals. The seating throughout the unit was very comfortable and fans in every room help to keep everyone with their different temperature needs satisfied! It is a short 5 minute or less walk to the beach or you can use the trolley. The private beach access was wonderful with the private bathrooms. Such a treat to walk up to rinse off and not fight the crowds. Great location right across from the Blue Mountain Creamery and RedFish Taco plus other restaurants in walking distance so you really could park and not leave for the week. We will definitely be back to this amazing condo that has it all, our favorite oasis!

Beautiful and Accommodating

You will not be disappointed in this place. The condo was impeccably clean. The linens and pillows are top notch! Greatest sleep I have had away from home! The kitchen is fully supplied with every thing you would ever need. The balcony is a comfy place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee and a good read! The pool is great! The beach is a short walk away with great bathrooms and easy beach access. The area around the condo has a great place to eat, lots of salons, a pharmacy and good ice cream… all just steps away. There are also some good bike trails that are easily accessible.
