Cleaning crew took extra care of the condo. Love the area with the pools and the beach across the street. We’ve been going to this area for about ten year, it’s incredible.

The place is better than the photos even! Location is perfection on 1st floor with easy access to your car, pool, beach, laundry room and garbage drop. So clean and light new decor! Love the interior decorating! The big sliding glass door is so nice with a great patio and seating. Plantation shutters I so appreciated My daughter and I felt so at home here. The community is wonderful. The bed was large and so comfy. Loved end tables and lighting. I really can’t say enough positive things. So appreciated the location to everything. The private access to beach was so convenient. One little suggestion from a coffee drinker is suggest getting some more mugs that are big not so small. But I feel silly even saying that but if that was my only gripe. This is a gem and will be booking again. Thank you

The place was okay but there was zero wifi. The network in the instructions wouldn't even come up. Owners need to be aware and keep their equipment up to date or do not advertise there is wifi.

Great location and clean property!

The property was very clean and the location was amazing. Close to the beach. The only issue we had was getting the Wifi to work. We love Santa Rosa and plan to return next year.

Beachside retreat

The accommodations were perfect for a small family. The ground floor location and end unit were close to parking and easy to access for older people unable to climb stairs.

Steps from beach

The property was great. Only thing that could be better was the sliding door. It was very difficult to open. I would have liked to sit on the patio, but it took all i had to open the door.

Great Location, well appointed and clean

My son and I stayed 3 nights as part of our little trip across the coast. This place was great, we walked to dinner 2 nights, had super easy beach access, and cooked in one evening. WeOnly used our car to get fish from goatfeathers fish market. The condo was well stocked and clean, which are my priorities. Only thing I didn’t realize beforehand was there is no washer and dryer in the unit. It wasn’t a huge deal because there is a laundry room by the pool and elevator with 2 free washers and dryers.

Very nice.

This unit was clean, well organized and nicely decorated! They thought of every you would need. Thank you for sharing your home! We enjoyed our stay. Can sleep 6, but living space would feel crowded. The beautiful beach, rental shops, retail and restaurants are all in walking distance. This was our first time at Santa Rosa Beach. Great family atmosphere.

Wonderful first floor renovated condo

We really enjoyed this condo. It was nice to have a first floor unit for loading in and out. The location is great with a short walk to the beach. The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch every night listening to the frogs. The unit has been updated recently with new flooring and nice furniture. The bed was really comfortable. The only negative was there was unexpected construction happening on one of the pools just outside our door with loud machinery and workers passing back and forth. But there were additional pools and the work stopped around 5p. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Rental with Shortcomings

This rental unit needs the following: 1. Light over the sink 2. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom 3. Two rolls of toilet paper per week rental for two people 4. One roll of paper towels per week rental 5. Two dishwasher pods per week rental 6. Coffee filters 7. Two hand towels for main bathroom 8. Teaspoons

Relaxing getaway

The place and location were GREAT! Communication with property manager was easy and quick. Only a few cleanliness things I would mention would be that the shower curtain liner needs replacing and whatever the floor in the condo is cleaned with leaves a really slick and greasy residue. Other than that, the condo was beautiful and just right for the 3 of us. The location was perfect and we walked every where. The only other issue was that the access point to the beach for our condo specifically was closed due to construction. We had to use the public access point which was just right down the way, so no big deal. You'll need to use the public access regardless if you have anything you are pulling, as the private access point is ALLLL stairs! So we are thankful it wasnt much further down the way. The most beautiful beach we have been to and we will definitely be going back soon!
