Reviewer Comments: We arrived late and it was dark already, then the next morning I opened the patio door and wow, you are literally in the dunes with a direct view of the water. The area is quiet and wasn’t crowded while we were there (off season). The room is clean and comfortable. Of the main road but still not far to Seaside or Rosemary. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely love Eastern Shores

This is our 3rd time to stay at Eastern Shores. We love the simplicity of the complex and the easy access to the beach from our condo. This was our first time to stay in unit #103. It is not fancy, but provided everything we needed. We have booked again for next year!

Literally steps to the water (loved that you could walk out to the boardwalk from the back deck) and comfortable living space inside with nice decor and beautiful views. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in and check out process was very easy. The condo was clean and beautiful. My only con is that the internet wasn't great. The TV was having some issues and glitching. However, we didn't spend too much time watching TV so it wasn't a HUGE deal but something that could be looked into for future stays. Honestly, this condo was amazing overall and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Corner unit for a VIEW of the OCEAN

Kitchen is stocked with all one needs, including filtered water & ice maker. The bunks need some finishing touches. The railings didn't have primer or a seal so they will cause splinters for littles and the bottom pull out bed is HARD to maneuver. Unit was very clean and the patio is a highlight of the unit.

Perfect Beachfront Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Eastern Shores several times throughout the years, but this was our first stay at unit 103. It was absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean with beautiful, updated furnishings. We loved being an end unit which meant no foot traffic between our unit and the beach, plus added light from the windows. We had very windy conditions during our stay which prevented us from being able to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked, so the beachfront porch was very nice to have. You cannot ask for better access to the beach - literally three or four steps down and your feet are in the sand. Benchmark Management was great to deal with -- great communication leading up to, during, and after our stay. Very easy check in process. Accurate description and photos. Quiet area but still close to many restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can’t beat the location of this unit. We love the easy access to the beach and the condo was cute! It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again! The only negative was we didn’t have WiFi during our entire stay. We notified Benchmark day 1 on Saturday and a ticket was put in. Someone was supposed to fix it Wednesday. No one ever came. We notified Benchmark and nothing came of it. Because of this, we weren’t able to use our phones, watch TV, or use our baby monitor. There was also a small piece of poop under one of the curtains at check in, looked to belong to a small pet. We found it when we saw it in my baby’s mouth.
