Nature, tranquility, and privacy are rare finds south of 30A, within walking distance to the Emerald Coast's white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters. After enjoying the beach, kayak, or paddleboard from your private dock on Tresca Lake or launch your boat on Eastern Lake from Eastern Lake public park located just down the street. Bike or walk to Seaside or The Hub to enjoy restaurants, live music, and shopping.



Guests must be above the age of 25, or must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are not welcome to accompany their families at this home, events are not allowed and it is a strictly non smoking property.

The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants/shops. The house could have been stocked with more things but it wasn’t a big issue. The house was beautiful and the backyard was so peaceful with the lake behind it. When there were any issues with the house the manager responded immediately and sent someone to house to fix the issue.

This home was beautiful and in a wonderful location. We had some issues but they were handled in a very satisfactory manner. The kids loved the pool and it was so close to the beach. We are hoping to stay here again! Plenty of room for our whole family. We loved it!

The best of both worlds, the Lake and the Beach

The Lake House was perfect, better than the description. The property is pristinely kept with lovely walk ways and coastal plants giving the illusion of being in your own private garden. The Lake House a such a tranquil relaxing place, inside and outside. It truly is the Best of both worlds, with the beautiful lake just a few steps away and the sugar sand and Emerald Coast a short walk away. The perfect place for a quiet getaway.

Perfect Place in a perfect location

We loved this place!!!! That being said, we thought that the place was missing a few minor things. There were no operating instructions for the electronics. There was only one hanger in the closet, no napkins, no colander but the place was very clean, the location was great and our initial difficulty with the wifi was quickly remedied. I would stay here again without reservation.

The unit was not clean. Pictures mispresent cleanliness. Also, the bedroom and bed itself will not sleep 4 people as advertised. The access to the beach was close but chairs were not allowed by the security because we were on private property? We had to be located much farther away than the closest beach access point.

Very dissapointed with my stay. I had to suffer four nights in a deformed bed. Scenic stays did nothing to solve the situation. I ended up with back pain and a restless stay. Aside from that all the furniture was excessively stained, from lack of cleaning. We had to reset the breakers to get some of the house circuits to work. Very unpleasant. Scenic stays promised they will compensate us for our situation though they not been responsive to this day.

Great bungalow for a couple’s getaway

The wife and I greatly enjoyed the place - cozy for a rainy day we had, great backyard / space for breakfast, easy walk to the beach. Quiet area. Easy driving to rosemary / seaside if needed. Property mgmt was very responsive and went above and beyond with the one “thing” - missing cooking pans.. they brought a whole brand new set. Would stay here again no doubt.

Great beach getaway!

We enjoyed the privacy of this property. Even though it’s in a populated area… the cottage and property felt very private. 5 minute walk to the beach was super simple. I do recommend bringing some kitchen items (colander, can opener, etc.) and a cart to haul chairs and coolers to the beach. - We would certainly recommend this home, and I’m sure we will be back! Cheers.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful house and property. The deck on the ground floor was awesome to hang out and relax on. Perfect atmosphere. Just a short walk to the beach. The beach was great and not crowded at all on the Memorial Day weekend. Would stay there again for sure.
