Geschakelde woning op loopafstand van het prachtige Gran Playa strand(500 m) inklusief het gebruik van 2 fietsen (voor eigen risico). Vlak bij de jachthaven en centrum van Santa Pola. Huis met groot prive terras waar u heerlijk kunt relaxen. Een gezellig ingericht Spaans huis met moderne faciliteiten gratis draadloos glasvezel internet en een smart tv waarop scherm delen mogelijk is zodat u via de telefoon of ipad altijd uw favoriete programma kunt kijken. Op de begane grond vindt u de volledig ingerichte keuken met oa koel/vries combinatie, magnetron en wasmachine. De woonkamer met plafondventilator, tafel, stoelen, bank, tv., sierhaard en gaskachel. Toilet. Op de bovenverdieping twee slaapkamers met airco en plafondventilatoren. Hier is ook de grote badkamer met douche en toilet. Een slaapkamer heeft een balkon waar vanaf u de flamingo's in de zoutmeren kunt zien. Rustig gelegen met veel privacy, vlak bij zee en strand, de jachthaven, het busstation en het centrum met alle winkels, bars, eetgelegenheden, etc. Het centrum, strand en busstation zijn binnen 5 minuten aan te lopen. Inklusief WIFI, tv, water, elektrisch, (strand)handdoeken, beddengoed en 2 fietsen(eigen risico) ter gebruik. Na verblijf in de woning is er een verplichte schoonmaak.

Semi-detached house within walking distance of the beautiful Gran Playa beach (500 m) including the use of 2 bicycles (at your own risk). Close to the marina and center of Santa Pola. House with large private terrace where you can relax. A comfortably furnished Spanish house with modern facilities such as smart tv and free wireless internet. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The living room with ceiling fan, table, chairs, sofa, TV, decorative fireplace and gas heater. Toilet. On the top floor two bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Here is also the large bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom has a balcony from which you can see the flamingos in the salt lakes. Quiet location with lots of privacy, close to the sea and beach, the marina, the bus station and the center with all shops, bars, eateries, etc. The center, beach and bus station are within a 5-minute walk. Including WIFI, TV, water, electricity, (beach) towels, bed linen and 2 bicycles (own risk) for use. There is a mandatory cleaning after staying in the house.

We stayed at the house for 14 nights.The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Good communication for check-in. The house has good wi-fi and there is a detailed information guide. The beach, marina and many bars and restaurants all within a 15 minute walk.

My Husband and I have stayed at this house many times.It is ideally located, everything within walking distance - close to the beach, restaurants, bars and Santa Pola centre. There are plenty Supermarkets are nearby including Lidl and Aldi. The Bus Station is about a 10 minute walk away with regular buses to Alicante, Elche, Guardamar and Torrevieja, there is no need to hire a car.The house is very well equipped and has everything you need - kitchen has plenty crockery, pots and pans, glassware etc. The lounge area has a television with English channels and Wi-Fi. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are well stocked too, lots of bedding and towels available to use, beach towels are also provided.Outside there is a patio which is quite private, it has a table and chairs with extra chairs in the shed if needed. Also in the shed are 2 bicycles plus helmets for quests to use.We have always had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this house and are looking forward to going again.

Fourth Stay

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at this property. It is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. As stated in our previous review it is ideally located - close to shops, beaches and Bus Station- no need for a car. The house is very well equipped and has every you need for an enjoyable stay.

Ideally Located House

Our third time at this house. Ideal location - Supermarkets, Beach, Town Centre, Bus Station all within a 10 minute walk - no need to have a car. The house is very well equipped, everything you need to make you feel comfortable. Lovely patio with table and chairs. The bathroom has been nicely refurbished since our last visit. We were met on arrival by Nathalie who is very nice and gave use plenty information and contact numbers in case any problems arose. Hopefully we’ll be going back later this year.

Excellent house

Property was very clean. We were met exactly as stated. We were given numbers to contact if any problems, none occurred. Location, to be honest it wasn't quite were wanted to be, however, that would have been a mistake. Neighbours were lovely, a couple of local bars, where the staff and clientele were very friendly. 5 minutes Walk to the beach. 10 minutes to bus station and supermarket. 15 minutes to town centre. We had everything we needed for 28 nights stay. Certainly look to go back.

Peaceful town house in very convenient area.

Homely, clean and tidy holiday town house among well tended communal gardens, with friendly neighbours, walking distance to the beach (5 mins), good selection of bars and restaurants 5mins) and three large well known supermarkets (10-15mins). The house was well equipped with everything you could need, including excellent wi-fi and air conditioning (which was more than welcome especially in the extreme heat). It was literally a few minutes walk away to a lovely natural park where you can enjoy a pleasant walk around the lagoons where there are flamingos and other various bird life. Also within the park is an interesting Museum of Salt (free entry). The only downside and only reason for a 4 star rating was the need to thoroughly clean the bedroom balcony and all outdoor white plastic furniture before usage, the reclining white chairs were broken and unusable (all other outside furniture was fine). All communication with the owner and agent was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone wishing to visit this area.

Charming Home

Spent a very enjoyable ten days in this charming property. It is very well equipped with everything you need. It is in a quiet location but within easy reach of the beach and restaurants. Overall, a real gem.

Fabulous Little House

Very well equipped house lots of towels (beach and shower) beach loungers and chairs. Right by the salt flats with birds and flamingos. A very short walk probably 5 minutes to a Hyber supermarket and 5 minutes more to an Aldi and Carrefour there’s also a shopping trolly in the house. Previous tenants had left bits and pieces so there was tea coffee sugar spices rice etc Bar Tango on the end of the walk through from where our taxi dropped us from Alicante airport -20mins and approx 23 euros - does snacks pizzas burgers and more also tapas. The house is 10mins 2 blocks straight walk to the beach and turn left to walk along the front. There are lots of restaurants in front of the lovely marina and a fabulous area to stroll along. You can buy tickets 10 euros each return to the island of Tabasco 25mins in a water taxi or a bit longer in the bigger boats all 10euros. There’s lots of kiosks selling the tickets in front of the boats that go to the island it’s a lovely place well worth a visit. We have booked again to return in 2020.

Convenient location close enough to beach, restaurants & supermarkets.

The property contained everything we needed to ensure we had a fabulous home from home holiday. In a peaceful residential area, only 20 minutes from the airport and plenty of parking space adjacent to property. Nice private terrace, Use of sun loungers/deck chairs for beach and 2 bikes to explore local area were much appreciated. Beautiful safe sandy beaches with plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk.

Wonderful little house

We had a wonderful holiday here. The house is close to the beaches, restaurants, shops and supermarkets so you don’t need a car. There is a lovely amusement park for kids five minutes walk away called Pola Park and the salt flats are just the other side of the road. There’s also a swimming pool 5 minutes walk away. The house has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys, washing machine, air con and is lovely and clean. All in all a great little place!

Great stay in Santa Pola!

The house is in a quiet location, within easy reach of Alicante airport (about 15-20 minutes); the beach, harbour and numerous restaurants are about 5 minutes away. The house itself is very clean and tidy with a well-equipped kitchen; in fact, exactly as described in the property details. We would certainly visit again and will recommend the property to friends and family.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und der Check-In ganz unkompliziert. Das Haus entspricht den Fotos, und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Das Zentrum von Santa Pola und das Meer kann gut zu Fuß erreicht werden, nachts war es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent séjour de quinze jours en septembre 2025 dans cette villa parfaitement équipée pour quatre personnes. Le logement est à la fois proche de la mer, des commerces et de la gare routière permettant de visiter les alentours sans qu'il soit nécessaire de disposer d'une voiture. On visite donc facilement Elche et sa palmeraie, Alicante et son animation tout en séjournant dans une station familiale. Ne ratez pas la visite de l'île de Tabarca depuis l'embarcadère de Santa Pola.Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Appart agréable et bien situé

Bien situé, proche d’une grande plage surveillée et du port, commerce proche et notamment Lidl juste à côté ! Accueil très agréable, merci à Nathalie qui a même fait l’effort de la traduction en français 👍 Une voiture est quand même appreciable pour visiter les villes autour (peut être y’a t’il des transports, nous n’avons pas vérifié ) Le logement en lui même à quelques années mais très bien équipé avec tous ce qu’il faut même en consomable (savon, sel, café….) pratique quand on arrive en avion si chacun joue le jeux d’en remettre au fur à mesure ! Peti bémol Sur la description qui mentionne un barbecue alors qu’il n’y en a pas, vu qu’il y’a une cour extérieur ça aurait été bien pratique, même juste une plancha électrique ou gaz( il y’a aussi mention d’un bain à remous, à modifier dans la description je pense) Clim juste dans les chambres, une dans le salon serait une bonne évolution , surtout avec le store qui était en panne, mais avec le ventilateur de plafond c’est déjà pas mal ! Encore merci pour ces belles vacances en famille (2 adultes + 2 enfants de 10 et 12 ans)

Casa muy bonita y acogedora

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa. Es como se ve en el anuncio, bonita, cómoda y con todo lo que necesitas. Hemos disfrutado mucho del patio, en comidas, cenas y para leer tranquilamente. El paseo a la playa es menos de 10 minutos y se hace muy bien. Una estancia estupenda. Gracias!
