The property exceeded all my expectations — it was peaceful, relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I stayed here with my family for my 40th birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. From a surprise champagne toast at breakfast to personalized room touches I didn’t even have to request, everything was perfect. I’m so grateful to the staff for making my stay unforgettable. We stayed there for long weekend ahead of moving to property in Funchal. Excellent modern hotel with emphasis on sustainability. The only suggestion I'd make is when you book the pictures you see of the hotel with sea access is the sister hotel the Galomar. I thought we had booked this. Doesnt really matter as Galomar is literally 5 mins walk away.

We had an awesome room with ocean view and were treated to champagne and a romantic set up as a welcome gift for our honeymoon. The Oceanside pool and spa was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffet had great variety and price was reasonable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room AC was not working during our stay. The hotel could not fix it and we could not sleep properly during our stay. The room given to us was a pigeon hole with a distant view of the sea and was totally different from the pictures shown before booking. Buffet dinner was terrible with a server named Sonia showing bad attitude. While the view outside the hotel and possibly some rooms may have good views, it was a very disappointing experience. Will not go back there or recommend it to anyone else either.

Our flight home was cancelled, so we booked two last minute rooms here. Did not disappoint. Beautiful property, good food, right on ocean with ladders descending into the water (or you can just jump in off the cliffs). A really delightful final night in Madeira! Would gladly stay here again (and for longer).

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub im Sentido Galosol. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer komfortabel und sauber, schöner Balkon mit Meerblick, tolle Lage und auch das Frühstück war top. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Manchmal nervig war die Parkplatzsuche, da sehr wenig Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen, öffentliche Parkplätze gegen geringe Gebühr waren vor allem am Wochenende ebenfalls eher rar. Ansonsten alles top.
