Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenhalt in diesem Apartment auf Madeira. Die Lage war ein optimaler Startpunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Sehr nah an Funchal und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wären Balkonmöbel für den hinteren Balkon, wobei es auf dem länglichen einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen gab, der für uns ausreichend war. Die Kommunikation mit Marco war freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir haben auch viele Insider Tipps für die Insel bekommen :)Alles in allem hatten wir einen super Urlaub!

Netter Vermieter mit kleiner aber feiner Unterkunft

Wir wurden nett empfangen und haben auch gleich Tipps und Infos zur Insel an die Hand bekommen. Das war sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Auf der Terasse kann man zu jeder Tageszeit gemütlich sitzen. Man hört gegen Nachmittag häufig Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, was aber nicht unbedingt schlimm war. Insegsamt war es für unsere Aktivurlaub eine passende Unterkunft mit Baby

Langzeitaufenthalt ( 1 Monat Garajau )

Zwecks Langzeitaufenthalt diesmal eine FEWO. Der Internetauftritt des Appartement „Charme Garajau“ wirkte auf uns sehr ansprechend. 1800 € für einen ganzen Monat schien uns zunächst auch angemessen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief im Vorfeld auch ok. Einen Tag vor Ankunft erhielten wir per WhatsApp die Adresse. Während der Taxifahrt vom Flughafen zum Appartement bekamen wir über WhatsApp eine Flut von Informationen, dabei u.a. die Handynummer eines befreundeten Taxifahrers. Diesen hätten wir gerne in Anspruch genommen, denn die Taxifahrerin, in deren Taxi wir saßen kannte sich absolut nicht aus. Mehrere Telefonate ihrer- und unsererseits waren nötig, bis dass sie das Appartement gefunden hat. Außerdem gehörte sie zu der Kategorie Taxifahrern, die ihr Taxameter ausschalten. So zahlten wir für diese Fahrt 30 € + 5 € Trinkgeld. Die gleiche Fahrt kostete uns regulär bei der Rückreise 20,40 € +Trinkgeld. Diese Informationen einige Tage im Voraus, wäre gut! Der erste Eindruck des Appartements war ok. Der Vermieter machte uns mit den Gegebenheiten vertraut. Sehr enttäuschend war, dass die im Internet gezeigten Balkonmöbel komplett fehlten. Unserer Bitte, doch wenigstens 1 Sonnenliege zu bekommen, wurde nicht entsprochen. Das Appartement wird noch immer mit diesen Bildern beworben. Sehr störend auch das Hundegebell Tag/Nacht in der Nachbarschaft !Trotz zweier Balkone nur Bergblick und Hausdächer. Seeblick nur bedingt. Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht ok!

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Moderne Wohnung in Garajau - tolle Ausstattung (inkl Babybett, Kinderstuhl), netter Vermieter, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Toller Spielplatz für jede Altersklasse fußläufig in der Nähe.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances sur l'île de Madère. L'appartement est très bien agencé et propre. A notre arrivée Marco nous attendait, il nous a bien conseillé sur les visites à faire. Il a été très réactifs à nos interrogations et disponible. Je recommande très vivement.

Madeira top und nicht das letzte mal.

Marco und Unterkunft total klasse. Wir hatten noch nie eine Saftpresse in einer Fewo. Doch hier ist alles dabei. Auto ist zu empfehlen, da alles auf Madeira am Berg gebaut ist. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Die Hunde und ihr Gekleffe kann dann das eine oder andere Mal schon etwas nerven.... Der Hahn mit seinem Morgen Gruß entschädigt das dann wieder.

Super vacances

Nous souhaitons dire un grand merci à Marco pour sa gentillesse,son professionnalisme et pour sa disponibilité. Nous sommes arrivés très tard il nous avait fait venir un taxi à l'aéroport et arrivée à l'appart il nous avait acheté des fruits,pain,lait,gâteau......... Nous avons passés 15 jours inoubliables sur cette belle île de Madère. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, il est spacieux, avec ces deux balcons terrasses où l'on peu se relaxer après de superbes randonnées. On est à 5 mns à pied des commerces et 5 mns en voiture pour une grande surface. Nous avons loué une voiture sur internet avant nôtre départ à caniço (personnel très pro et qui parle français). Que dire de plus si se n'ai que de recomander cet appart ainsi que cette île. Les adeptes de randonnées seront plus que ravis. Les restaurants sont aussi très bons ,les plats sont copieux et pas chers. Merci encore Marco. Sylvie.B
