Beautiful ocean view, fully furnished, boutique unit located one block from the beach, restaurants, grocery and shops near by . This meticulously, 2 bedroom one bath, renovated unit is walking distance to many of Santa Barbara's favorite, and famously known by tourist, spots in town! You are only a block away from the famous Santa Barbara Zoo.
The primary bedroom is quiet with a cozy queen-size bed. The guest room has a bunkbed (twin bed on top and a queen futon below). The unit can fit 5 people comfortably. If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful gateway, this is the perfect place for you!
