The home features two downstairs suites, each with en-suite bathrooms and patio access through sliding glass doors. The primary suite with king-size bed has a walk-in closet and direct access to a lush, fully enclosed tropical patio with dining and lounge seating under a canopy of colorful bougainvillea. Real petit-banana trees add shade and , when in season, supply tasty treats for making the best banana bread! The en-suite bathroom features a large soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a beach day. The second suite opens to the front patio, offering a queen-size bed and a en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Front loading washer and dryer is conveniently located on this bedroom level.

LOVED OUR STAY HERE! Location is fabulous! We enjoyed visiting Santa Barbara! There is no AC, so it was a bit warm, but we had plenty of fans! The evenings are cool, even the last week of July!The VRBO team welcomed us with ROSES and WINE, as my husband has cancer and always wanted to spend time in Santa Barbara. The card with it was so kind.The photos are so true, this place is adorable. :) PS We did try to reach Lydia, the HOST with a text and were unable to do so. She didn't respond. But we solved the issue ourselves; it wasn't a huge one.
