The holiday home is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and the quiet of the place is ideal for relaxing and sleeping late. Its location allows you to quickly reach the beaches of southern Sardinia. Porto Pino is 5 minutes away by car and there you can admire the white sand dunes, the crystal clear sea and take long walks in the pine forests that line the beach.
Villa Mirto is located in a charming village with a shared courtyard, parking and a beautiful swimming pool. At the entrance to the Villa there is a fenced garden, where you can let your pets run free, a veranda with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for exclusive use, ideal for dinners with friends or family (IUN R8257 CIN IT111070B4000R8257)
The space
Villa Mirto is spread over two floors: on the ground floor you will find an air-conditioned living area, open space with kitchenette, double sofa bed and a bathroom, equipped with shower and washing machine; going up the stairs you will arrive in the sleeping area, where there are two bedrooms, in one, air conditioned, you will find a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the garden of the house and the surrounding countryside and in the other you will find a bunk bed, a wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the common courtyard; there is also a bathroom with shower. The entire house is equipped with mosquito nets and wi-fi
The swimming pool is shared with the other guests of the village and can be used from June to September.
