The indoor dining area comfortably seats up to 10 guests. The expansive living room features sliding doors that open directly onto the pool and terraces, offering seamless access to breathtaking sea views. For entertainment, the villa includes a private cinema room, ideal for cozy movie nights. A separate laundry room and guest cloakroom with WC add to the convenience.



Villa Narcissa features three beautifully appointed double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located in the main house, both with stunning sea views, air conditioning, and underfloor heating. The master suite is situated on the top floor and offers a large terrace with panoramic sea views, ensuring an unforgettable stay. The villa’s charming interior courtyard provides a serene spot for quiet relaxation, enhancing the overall sense of peace and privacy.



The villa comes with the added luxury of a private chef, available to prepare breakfast six days a week, included in the rental price. However, food costs are charged separately.



For those seeking an extra level of comfort, pool heating is available at an additional cost of €1000 per week.



A damage deposit of €5000 is required, which will be charged 7 days prior to arrival via credit card. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
